So this years game is a step in the right direction. The myrise story is actually pretty good . Graphics are pretty nice . The gameplay could be better but that’s expected when your using an outdated game engine. Myfaction is playable to an extent. But the reason for the 4/10 is the horrific online servers . These servers are worse then last years game . So with how bad these servers are with the lobby’s crashing and myfaction just not working online . The single player modes can’t save this game from this review. When after how many patches ur servers continue to be horrible and online being unplayable. Then the price should not be 70$ it should be like 40$ at best . Because once again 2k releases another unfinished game . An I’d go as far as saying this is worse then 2k20’s release. Oh an I forgot to mention all the glitches and hackers that plague this game .
Well let’s see here . First off I’m giving this dumpster fire a 110 . Second theirs so many problems with this game since launch . An third 2k Games can keep publishing dumpster fires like this Straight trash **** and get away with it unreal . 4th ur hit reg is by far the worst I’ve ever seen in a video game . 5th Ur online Mode is so bad it’s laughable and yet you keep updating for MyFaction . Which That mode is a mess and that’s being nice about it . 6th ur Roster is so outdated it’s a big disappointment that you could not actually take the time to maybe idk delay it to fix ur roster and maybe ur horrible gameplay mechanics. 7th speaking of gameplay mechanics ur controls are by far the worst of any WWE 2K game ever and I mean ever . Like how is it that older gameplay controls are better then this current POS . 8th The Broken Stun meter and The Garbage Pin system that plagues this game is such a piss poor lazy design that deserves to be **** and rebuild on a new engine. Cause clearly it’s not working in this game . An don’t get me started on the many bugs and warping through stairs and ladders etc when you go to reverse a move . Like WTF is this madden lol . 9th Showcase mode feels underwhelming and lackluster. 10th my GM is horrible It’s very buggy and it’s very poorly designed. So I’m closing if 2K does not fix a lot of issues that others have mentioned. Then I’d say don’t buy 2k23 if you don’t want to waste your money on a WWE 2k22 2.0 game . 2k has turn this franchise into the madden of WWE games . It’s a shame when the direction this game is going is down a very dark path of myfaction and mirco transactions . I get it they have to make money but at what cost ? The community? the fans ? . Let’s all show 2k that we as gamers will not stand for this crap . Don’t buy the next game and watch how quick things change .
