Unforgettable

This series had so much potential, but it didn't take long for it to become what it became, and remained until I just couldn’t sit through any more of it. It doesn’t help when the lead character is so damned unlikeable…she is not a team player, doesn’t listen to anybody, believes she’s always right, and that she’s smarter, tougher and more brilliant than anyone else in the room…oh, and “I am woman, hear me roar”…nonstop. And she has a mouth like a carp. Additionally, her partner Al, who’s main job is to fawn all over Carrie, and say over and over and over…”Carrie, don’t do that…” while being totally ignored, adds virtually nothing to the show. There is not one sellable reason why this series ever needed to exist—it was formulaic, unimaginative, redundant, and the main character was impossible to even like. The show plowed no new ground, and ultimately served absolutely no purpose.
