Unlike Ron Howard's film, this show gives voice to the Thai people. But why was it that they decided it had to be a limited series is something that escapes me and in one way or another affects its overall performance because in my opinion it is quite long and there is no tonal or acting variation. It didn't impress me, but I thought it was better than Howard's film.
