Description: In this spin off of Food Network's Feasting on Asphalt, host Alton Brown takes to the waters instead of the streets to find the most authentic food in each area he visits. Alton and his crew will sail the Caribbean on the same course Christopher Columbus embarked on in 1492. Season One Mission Statement: My Mission, to push past the cruise ship buffets and chain food eateries to seek out true island cuisine - wherever it may be. It's a tough job, but one that needs doing, I'm Alton Brown and this is Feasting on Waves.
