Dialogue is all-cliché, a decent cast get not much to go on (if Wonder Woman put Nielsen back on the map, this does her few favours), and even the action scenes have a rushed, unfinished feel.

Let's say it's a 08/15 action movie a bit above the average, focused on many shootings and so on.

A very average film that was clearly made for TV. It appeared to be a pilot for a series maybe, or perhaps they just hoped for a sequel? Cooper and Chan were ok, but Nielsen and Felton were poor. The storyline was obvious but the action scenes were ok. It wasn't bad, but anyone who commissions a sequel would be unjustified in doing so. I maybe would watch it again, but not for a very long time.

This really is a paint-by-numbers action movie with two good things going for it. Those are brevity — it’s only 93 minutes long — and immediate forgetability.

The rest of the characters...are equally unvivid, serving only to advance the vague plot through chunky reams of dialogue.

From chases on boats to bust-ups on buses, the action and locations are fitfully engaging, but the story feels cobbled together and the dialogue is often painful.

Wholly useless, entirely harmless, Stratton would be good clean fun, if it was good or fun.

It's a lightweight action movie. It's somewhat entertaining and Draco Malfoy is in it, his performance is pretty bad. If you just want to relax a bit in front of the TV and don't feel like watching some Inception **** it's pretty decent. At some point someone uses a Microsoft phone which is pretty wild.
