The costumes and art design is great but the story is pretty boring. It gets better towards the end but the story just meanders and it's quite predictable. The characters are pretty flat as well. Still though it has potential. Best enjoyed drunk.

It's quite boring. Everybody is a stereotype. There's basically no character development at all except of the main character who gets a pretty lazy super hero background story. If they were at least a little clever it might be fun but everything is so predictable.

It's a great heartwarming show. If you're expecting Sherlock Holmes you're not going to to like it though.

The flashbacks to Shaun’s childhood are ridiculous. Shaun is a good character but they ruin it by giving him a background story that is completely ridiculous and overall poorly portrayed. The rest of the show luckily makes up for it with good performances especially from Freddie Highmore. The show has some rough edges but they managed to bring something interesting and new to the medical drama genre.

I absolutely love this show. I've never seen anything like it. It made me laugh and it made me cry. I love all of the quirk-ie characters. It's just perfect.
