Stir Crazy is made up of comedy legends. The whole movie is was written by comedic geniuses. I miss this era of movies, it's absolutely a must see. MUST.

Very funny, especially when Wilder and Pryor get to prison, Their wacky antics and smart one upmanship against the corrupt prison officials, make this memorable, Also well done is the exciting rodeo climax, Also stunning is the attractive Jobeth Williams,

It's strange about Stir Crazy. We go in with big expectations, and we laugh so much at the beginning that we're ready for the movie to launch itself as a hit. And then it all goes flat and we come out disappointed.

Frankly, Wilder & Price are so far from Laurel & Hardy and/or Abbott & Costello; but the story of two natural born losers who get by mistake in the clink is enough fun for a boredom weekend evening.
