Aside from the exquisitely executed acts of outrageous (comic-book) mayhem, KILL is fun. KILL unleashes a vicious ballet of hand-to-hand combat, all within the narrow confines of a passenger train en route to New Delhi.

Kill continually finds clever ways to defy our expectations through the particular placement of dramatic beats, surprising shifts in tone, and even just the way it keeps flipping the geography of the action.

Wow—Kill (2023) left me speechless! I can honestly say this is one of the best movies I’ve seen in my life. From the moment it started, I was completely hooked. The action scenes are so intense, they had my heart racing, and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. It’s rare for a movie to keep you so invested like this, but Kill did it effortlessly. What I loved most is how Kill isn’t just mindless action—it’s got real depth. The characters feel so raw and real, and the way their stories unfold kept me emotionally engaged throughout. The stakes felt high, and I actually cared about what happened to them, which doesn’t happen with every action **** choreography of the fight scenes? Absolutely insane. You can feel the weight of every hit, and it never gets old. It’s like the director just knew how to push every moment to the limit without overdoing it.I can’t stop thinking about this movie. It’s one of those films that leaves a mark and stays with you long after the credits roll. If you’re looking for something that’s not just thrilling but also meaningful, Kill is a must-watch. I don’t say this lightly—this is hands down one of the best movies I’ve ever seen!

Kill is every bit as insanely violent as you could hope for. It mixes melodrama, romance, and an aggressive amount of violence in ways that few filmmakers are capable of doing.

Kill’s objectives are achieved with an energy and enthusiasm that make it a tasty piece of action cinema which doesn’t pull its punches; it’s finger-cracking good.

The movie hardly ever turns its gaze out the windows, but the scenery never gets old, since Bhat has a head for creative close-quarters combat.

Just let the rage unleash in whatever convenient way is necessary to get the blood flowing faster. What’s good enough for John Wick should be good enough for Kill, so wake the boogeyman up and let him loose. Because we’re all here for the brutality anyway. There’s no point pretending otherwise.

The fight scenes are extremely well choreographed, filmed and edited, but they’re so relentless in their non-stop pacing that the viewing experience becomes numbing.

Kill has been in the news for its slick action sequences that brings Indian action films at par with the likes of John Wick (movies that depends a lot on hand to hand combat).Produced by Oscar winner, Guneet Monga, Kill is about a group of dacoits who board a train bound to Delhi from Bihar. When the dacoits make it personal and attack an army officer's (Lakshya) lover, he makes it a point to exact revenge.Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat (Apurva), Kill is one of the finest action films that I have watched. It doesn't go overboard with the drama and the frequently leveraged slo-mo sequences. And the fact that the entire fight sequence is set inside a moving train is what makes it unique. Lakshya, who plays Amrit is brilliant as he goes through hell while attempting to save the passengers. Tanya Maniktala is noteworthy in her brief role. Ashish Vidyarthi & Raghav Juyal, who lead the group of dacoits make for effective antagonists. Abhishek Chauhan & Harsh Chhaya co-star.Kill is an entertaining, fast-paced action rollercoaster that goes to places where no Indian (action) film has gone before. No holds barred action sequences that create necessary impact. Sikhya Entertainment is the Indian equivalent of A24; delivering classic after classic.

If you look too much at the plot then you can find many flaws, but as an action movie it is great, has something new, great action, scenes and also it is not fully predictable (even though sometimes a bit nonsensical).

If you saw Bullet Train (my review) then you have the basics for this Indian import. Lakshya stars as a commando who finds himself, his girlfriend and her family on a train full of bandits. There are endless close-quarter combat sequences, many of which end in brutal beatings. The Indian influence is felt in the moments of melodrama and the hero overcoming absurd setbacks. Merciless violence is a popular cinematic trend, so there needs to be an original approach to make a film stand out. This one is chocked full of fights, but the direction/editing sometimes confuses what's actually happening to create a blur of blood and bodies. There are many projects with excess violence and this one falls in the middle. Speaking of similarities, the producers of the John Wick films have already planned an English language version.
