Overall Ziggurat II provides players with yet another fantastic FPS rogue-lite adventure that can be enjoyed for hours. Whilst the campaign may only set you back around 5 or 6 hours, seeing everything this game has to offer is certainly going to push that time up to more than 50 hours, and with fantastic detail, impressive visuals, polished gameplay and some truly enjoyable content, this is going to be one of the surprise hits of 2022, one which certainly deserves a spot in your gaming library.

Ziggurat 2 sure is a pretty interesting title that is a bit of a shame that more people know about. Is not excellent but is very unique and does what it does very well offering an experience that you might not quite find in another video game. It is extremely generous with its content, it has so many different characters, weapons and abilities it's quite incredible.Some of those weapons are some of the most creative I've seen.What I don't particurarly like is the design of the environments it's kinda weird it looks like everything is made of silicon.Also the shooting is not always the best, some weapons feel nice and some feel terrible. The level design is not the greatest and there's a lot of randomly generated reused staff that are getting old at some point. The progression and gameloop can be often quite repetitive which leads to not the most enjoyable experience.
