3D Streets of Rage 2 it's the perfect tribute to an old classic. The 3D effect is stunning and the Rage Relay Mode add some new flavour in it.

A classic is always magical. It's refreshing to enjoy a masterpiece like this when you're weary of AAA games.

Ещё пройдя вторую часть с другом в детстве, она мне ничем не запомнилась и попала в категорию проходняков, как и первая часть. Теперь же, начитавшись отзывов в интернете про самый лучший битемап, я решил, что что-то напутал. Прошёл вторую часть ещё раз...и нет, я всё правильно запомнил.SoR2 напоминает немного доработанную SoR1, которую нужно было не немного, а очень сильно дорабатывать. Тут же немного разнообразили однокнопочную боёвку, сделали более выраженные различия между протагонистами и картинку немного улучшили. Вот только много локаций, врагов и боссов взято из первой части. Лично я, от такого подхода, заскучал уже на 3-ем уровне. SoR2 - продукт только для фанатов первой части, часть из которых и то больше любит SoR1. А вот тем, кому что первая, что вторая часть показалась проходняками, могу посоветовать серию TMNT на разных платформах или битемапы на аркадах - там есть лучше экземпляры.
+более-менее нормально анимированная красотка Блейз
-боёвка всё такая же унылая-непримечательная музыка(в первой части было несколько забористых треков)
-очень много уровней и врагов скопированы с первой части
-быстро надоедает

Acabo de probar "Street of Rage" por primera vez y, ¡madre mía! Su control es brutal y su estilo visual, único. Es un beat 'em up de manual, con un montón de zonas distintas para explorar y una variedad impresionante de enemigos. La curva de dificultad está perfectamente ajustada, lo que lo hace desafiante pero justo. Y qué decir del pixel art, los efectos de sonido y su rejugabilidad, ¡todo es perfecto! Sin duda, una obra maestra.

3D Streets of Rage 2 is the best conversion that could be made of Sega’s classic beat’em up. Everything that was good about the original was enhanced for the sequel and this new version for the 3DS eShop is nothing short of a near-perfect conversion of the beloved and iconic early 90s game.

One of the greatest Genesis games of all time and it's on the 3DS. Still playable to this day. Incredibly fun game, with one of the best soundtracks ever! Highly recommended

With a host of options adding accessibility and longevity, 3DS Streets of Rage II turns the best game in the series into a definitive version. Crisp visuals and fun, responsive gameplay will remind fans of the original why it was so great, and educate newcomers as to why it was – and frankly still is – the crème de la crème of side-scrolling beat-em-ups.

It keeps its "90's" charm and is featured in a well-crafted port. Gameplay has some issues, but the feeling of the game is still awesome.

streets of rage is the best 2 player beat em up game the fighting sfx were solid and so is this game, anytime you hit an opponent the impact is felt through the sfx the music is among the best beats and sounds from the 16 bit era and for good reason Yuzo Koshiro is one of the best music composers of the 90s and he still churns out awesome sounds to this day overall a solid game even now.

Masterpiece, definitive version by far. The new features for example like 4 lives games (one for each character) is pretty cool, in a death match knockout sort of way. Mapping the buttons is helpful, but makes it easier especially to throw weapons for example. Making all weapons effect as both melee and projectile quickly and decisively, The one hit one kill mode is also interesting if a little pointless. Nice now to see you can select a level too. Shame there are no leader-boards like the xbox360 version and the graphics is exactly the same visually when not using 3D, Overall I would say this is the definitive Streets of rage 2 package in all it's glory. I have no idea hope to play multi-player though! not got that far yet. definitely worth a "stab" as it were. Well worth under the £5 they are asking for it. I traded in a 2DS especially for this game, it is that important a rage reliever.

The Genesis is my retro console of choice, the 3DS is my handheld of choice, and Streets Of Rage 2 is my side scrolling beat-em-up of choice. M2's adaptations of Genesis games to the 3D classics series have been nothing short of spectacular. So it's a no-brainier that this game is a must-have for me. If you don't like retro games, this won't change your mind. If you're a SNES fan who never crawled out of the trenches of the 16 Bit Wars, you may not like anything Genesis/Megadrive related. But, if you're open to a Genesis classic, this just may be gaming heaven for you. The already sharp graphics shine in this translation, and the music is phenomenal. Unless you're just not gonna be open to it, I heartily recommend this timeless game.
