Magicite

So i was playing this game for almost 80 hours now and i just gotta say that it's awesome. Yes the start was a little hard but with a bit of training u should be able to defeat the endboss and thats where the fun starts. Besides its nice gameplay it also has a cute artstyle and some good tracks. They maybe annoy u after being 30 times in the same biome but they are still lovely. And the best thing about this game is that you won't get bored at all. That's because there are tons of thing u can unlock e.g. a hat that a splits the damage u get. Some of them are quite challenging to unlock so you have to spend some time to get them. And till you have unlocked everythiing you had a great time and a lot of fun.

The game itself has incredibly solid game play, especially for an early access game, and I frequently find solace in its simplicity. The only reason I am giving it a 9 is because even though it has variety in area set up on occasion I feel like I am doing the exact same maneuvers over and over again. Nonetheless this fantastic RPG is a must have for anyone who enjoys platforming, crafting, and killing things in continually different ways. I expect to see great things coming from this game as it continues to progress to release. (For 10 dollars it is a total steal!)

Quite addicting, very solid gameplay even in the early access version. If you like the risk of perma-death, the possibility to make a really strong character and the slight RPG element here and there (there are three skills you can get in every playthrough), get this game.

The game as a whole is very addictive as most people have said. I found the crafting system limited, and the Hat system is rather broken. No spoilers, but one of the first unlocked hats was the only one I ever actually used the rest went unused. I found myself playing over and over just trying to beat the game, with no avail, I am not the best gamer but the challenge was still to much for me. Unlike other rouge-likes where your starting options are generally all equal with different challenges, this one has clearly superior characters that don't change the game much other than being better than the others. Other than these problems the game is incredibly addictive and fairly well paced. I would recommend buying it on sale, but I say that about all games, forget full prices.

Magicite is a short and sweet RPG with limited repeatability value. It advertises itself as much more of a detailed and enthralling experience than it actually is, but overall it is mechanically sound and controls like a breeze. The way the RPG elements are integrated into the game is innovative and exciting, and it is somewhat of a shame that future titles did not follow Magicite's lead. Magicite has a moderate learning curve and low skill cap. The game has a consistent aesthetic which is pleasant when taken in short doses, but does not carry a long lasting appeal. The exception to this, of course, is the soundtrack, which is extremely above average and memorable.

No es tan bueno como dicen, tienes que pensar 2 veces antes de comprar esto, un juego que cansa a la larga y mas de lo normal. Es como LoL versión 2d. No he probado el modo multijugador así que no puedo decir mucho sobre eso, igualmente me parece que no es necesario. Juegan una vida cada uno y listo man ¿LAN? no bro, este juego no merece que mas de una persona lo juegue.
