Don Duality is a wonderful tycoon game with duality gameplay in seizing the city and laundering money through a successful restaurant. A surprisingly addictive gameplay loop which has players fighting to stay alive another day and needing more strategy than meets the eye. For fans of the tycoon this is a good entry that sits comfortably between the big hitters and the idle clickers.

Based on the roadmap, the game definitely has the potential to become something more, including the upcoming addition of bartenders, seasonal festivals, and separate save slots. Don Duality has all the makings of an excellent management game, combining two different concepts for a brand-new experience. And, if you enjoyed Dave the Diver’s dual lifestyle, you should pick this one up to become the ultimate multi-tasking gamer.

Commanding a budding criminal organization is straightforward thanks to Don Duality’s card-based mechanics. In the short term, that means wrestling with randomness, as you simultaneously balance events in the underworld and the restaurant used to launder money. But in the long run, a life of crime grows dull a bit too soon.

Despite some harsh penalties and almost unwinnable scenarios, Don Duality can be a fun and addictive roguelike card game that will keep players grinding away for hours. Providing luck is on their side, of course!

Not quite on par with PC games; it feels more like a mobile game, and the map and housing systems aren't the best. Overall, the game feels bland, but not to the extent of being bad. However, there are better options for Mafia games, especially considering the game's limitations.
