It’s brilliantly acted and a fascinating, incredibly fraught thing to watch, especially as the numerous female directors film their interactions with a strange, deep kind of intimacy that borders on sexual – and again feels very familiar to anyone who had a toxic but exhilarating relationship with their female friends when they were young. ... It is, in places, very overwrought, wanting to impress upon its viewer just how young, powerful and hedonistic the girls really are, but there’s only so many slow-motion shots of them swigging alcohol from the bottle while streetlights play over their laughing faces a viewer can take before it gets a bit ridiculous.

In an alternate universe there’s a version of I Am Not Okay With This where the series was 12 episodes long rather than eight, where they had time to properly explore all the things going on in Sydney’s life and where a strong series builds up to a satisfying conclusion rather than suddenly getting really interesting around episode six. Instead, we have… this. And while I absolutely am okay with this, it’s only okay – and I’m very regretful that we didn’t get the brilliant show it could have been.

There are some (some!) genuinely interesting discussions being had, but they quickly get overwhelmed by the baffling, idiotic and genuinely bizarre world that Goop likes to operate in.

Unbelievable isn’t just a gripping story, it’s an incredibly compelling argument for why we need to take a frank look at the way victims of sexual assault are treated and how seriously we take them.

Some episodes in series three feel very flabby, and there are some ridiculous plot holes. ... Even so, it’s wildly enjoyable, and a relief to see that after a slow series two, Jessica Jones has returned to form.

Queer Eye knows what it wants to do, and it does it well. Season four isn’t breaking new ground or tackling wildly different challenges, but that doesn’t stop it from being utterly wonderful TV.

Four Weddings might not be the work of art we wanted it to be, but it’s fun and watchable. Just maybe don’t watch the original before you dive in.

Carnival Row is not the next Game of Thrones, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t doing a good job of being its own thing entirely. If it could just take itself a little less seriously next series, please.
