Early Access: Game is just bland. Most of the game is shooting bland NPCs, and the shooting is pretty bog standard 3rd person.

This is the next Ace Combat I've been waiting for. Better than Ace Combat 7 and nearly as good as Ace Combat 6. Completed the campaign in about 12 hours, but that's only about half the content. You can replay with modifiers and you'll need to play more than once through to unlock all the jets. Combat is great with a good variety of enemies to fight on land, sea and air - including airships like the one in Ace Combat 6. Story is neat and has good banter between the pilots as you're flying. TLDR - If you like Ace Combat get this
