I wrote, produced and starred in this. It took us 5 yrs to finish it. We had no money. There was a pandemic. Strikes. Fires. We poured our hearts into it. I am biased, of course, but I love this film. The score. The cinematography. The performances. I hired all my friends. We shot all the house stuff in 6 days. 70pgs of dialogue. Keryn Bell edited the **** out of it. Director Aaron Sherry did most of the sfx. We hired artists to hand draw the various comic pages. My wife & I dedicate it to our sons. We made it for them. And now, it's out there for everyone. It's about grief. It's about found families. It's a metaphor for the foster care system. It's weird. And lovely. And the ending signifies what it's like for me being a parent. I have no idea what tomorrow will bring. I can only keep showing up.
