This is what we need, unique original games. Game is brutally hard so if you do not like instant death with one hit please stay away this game is not for you. HOWEVER, you will be missing out with some of the best music in a video game plus the most satisfying feeling when completing a level. Only problem with this is the unprecise controls at times but a part from that, this is a violent mess you should definitely play.

Until this day no other game has left a beautiful stain in my mind. I remember playing shooters, brawlers, horrors etc, yet it was when I picked up this peaceful, stylish, tough at times and an extremely interesting game that I began to invest myself in worlds where you can clearly see there was heart and soul dedicated to the game. Words can't share how I truly feel, you must experience this game.

IGN's review of this game actually nearly put me of buying it. But let me warn anyone who is interested to not watch their crappy review, this game as an alien game is amazing. Graphics and sound are amazing, the atmosphere is just perfect. I was never interested in Aliens but since playing this game my interest has soared. It may seem a bit dragged at certain times but it just means you are getting your moneys worth. The Alien in Isolation definitely portrays the Aliens in the films perfectly and even though you may feel just a little bit op near the end it remains suspenseful hiding and trying to trick your way around Aliens, humans and androids. Just so you can have an example scenario of what may encounter randomly in this game... I bumped into two humans holding machine guns, one asked me to back away which I did and they let me go. However I had to go past them for some loot in order to create certain items. They saw me and opened fire nearly killing me. But their gunfire attracted the Alien and within 2seconds they were torn to pieces by it which then led to my death as it saw me cowering in the corner of the room. Love this game.

To start the review, Dragon Age Origin continues to hold its title as the best dragon age game to date. Inquisition however it not bad at all, logged over 80hours and only have I just finished the main storyline. To be honest this was no game of the year for me but I still had lots of fun and as they have patched most of the annoying bugs, I guess if you have enough time to immerse yourself into a beautiful world, then this is a game you should experience. Graphics: 8 - beautiful world but in the distance animals and other characters seem to jag. Story: 8 - Pretty epic moments occur throughout my time playing, nothing too special, ending was quite disappointing to be honest. Gameplay: 7 - Lacked all the customisation options of Origins, fluent animations but the tactical view and tactical options feels so bare, again very disappointing. Those who favour fast action rpgs will definitely have a blast. Characters: 7 - No where as great as the Origins cast, romance options also felt limited, banter was decent and I guess they were okay, memorable but was not emotionally attached as I was with e.g. Morrigan, Alistair etc etc.

To define the word perfection and the idea of a perfect game would be simply PERSONA 4 GOLDEN. I had always looked down upon JRPGs and never understood their appeal even though I watch anime and read manga. I finally took the chance of buying a vita just for this game and would like to say that this has blown me away. This has imo the best characters ever in any video game, I am truly in love and would have to admit that I was in tears when the game ended. English voice acting is also perfect (maybe minus Teddie) and the humour is amazing. I have since bought the DVD's, the art-book and also the ps3 once again so I can play the other Persona games. 70+ hours in one week, beautiful game and would love to thank Atlus for introducing me to this genre.

Graphics = 8 . Not really next gen, some areas look good the rest is pretty bland Gameplay = 9. AI doesn't seem to be to smart but regardless this is some of the most fun I have had in a shooting game Story = 8. Some may find it cheesy or cliche, but for me personally this whole **** controlling the world idea is pretty interesting, the characters are quite good as well. Those who want a good single player shooter and enjoy being a one man army and doesn't expect full realism then this is the game. Great purchase.

The only game I have ever gone out my way to Platinum. Although the side quest got a bit repetitive such as the graffiti this game was a joy to play. I very much disliked the first Infamous, this game for me is as good and joyful to play as the second game. I have no clue to why someone who would own a ps4 would ignore this game.

For a free game, the developers deserve as much credit as they can from fans of arpg's as this game is not only beautiful to look at, but is addicting as well as fun to keep you coming back. Remember it is free!

Beautiful, lack of gameplay but the most immersive heart warming stories I have ever seen in a video game. You might complain there is a lack of depth and gameplay itself, so if you are one who expects all that then please this is not a game for you. All I can say is that this has made me appreciate the values of memories and love to a whole new scale, please, just give it a go, you won't be dissapointed.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful is what I will always say about this game. Like many people are saying, this game is not at all challenging, the puzzles are quite easy once you learn the core mechanics as each puzzle somewhat follows the same structure as a previous level you may have already completed. So why would I give this game a 10 out of 10? Because not only was this a game I can sit down, play and enjoy after a stressful tiresome day, but narration and story helps push this game to be one of the greatest indie games I have ever played, the story is beyond charming, although it may not have made me burst out laughing, the humor allowed me to smile as I appreciated each joke, each tale, each character. If you want an action packed exploding difficult puzzle game, this is definitely not for you. If you are someone who wants to play a relaxing game with a beautiful soundtrack which is perfectly integrated into the game with beautiful characters then this is 100% for you. Please do not be put of because the characters are mere shapes, these characters have more personality than many triple A titles I have played. This game is worth the support, and I want to thank whoever made this game a million times. Just beautiful.

Being a full on One Piece fan, no matter what the game was going to be like , Pirate Warriors was going to be an instant purchase for me. Following Luffy's story up to the New World, the straw hat team go back in time to speak about their previous journeys. What also made the game so perfect was the fact that the game held its Japanese voice over with the original cast. However I would understand that not everyone enjoys reading subtitles but those who are into the one piece anime and manga then the cutscenes and dialogue are perfect. In addition the graphics at first did not sell, characters looked plastic as if the production cost for this game was not very high. However once I got into the game itself I was completely sold. It was as if the anime was given a next gen make over. Although once again there are some who may not like this art style and that too is understandable. Next the gameplay itself. Split into fighting and taking over territories, boss battles and quick time events, those who are familiar to the dynasty warriors games would feel at home playing this. Which comes to a major draw back to Pirate Warriors. As I was not fond of the Dynasty warriors series, I was worried how this game was to play out. Once I got into it It felt very familiar not I continued to enjoy it, not because of the actual gameplay which is at least satisfying as you use Luffy's gomu attacks and the straw hats iconic moves, but I realised I was enjoying this simply because it was One Piece. Those who do not watch one piece as well as not enjoying dynasty warriors will find little they would like in this game especially with the story being extremely shortened with arcs missing ( i did not mind these arcs as I never found them interesting e.g skypeia) and the development of the bonds with the characters is not present which is the main reason to why One Piece is so enjoyable, it is because I know these characters and finally I am playing as them. With the main log focused on Luffy, as well as the challenge mode and other side logs involving the other characters including a co - op online, Pirate Warriors would keep anyone especially one piece fans busy for a long time. I give this game a 9 as a bias opinion but for anyone who does not enjoy one piece and the dynasty warriors gameplay, I say save your money as Il give it as 6.5 in that circumstance as the game is not at all bad, but may not be enjoyable.

I'm going to be as honest as I can, I've heard so much positive feedback from this game, about the feeling of having actual powers in your grasps while you feel the emotion of the city desperate for a dictator or a hero. Yet, although the game started of well for me, the graphics aswell as the missions, began to slowly become repetitive. Although I've heard inFamous 2 is a lot better, the first game has just killed the series for me. I did feel like a superhero, and I did feel the power and the praise I begun to receive from the people as my good deeds begun to pay of, but I just didn't get into it. Maybe I got the game too late and have seen much better but although this may pass time and the game itself is extremely cheap, I do not believe it's worthy of anything more than a 7.

As always, after being deceived by the hype and trailers released for Battlefield 3, my expectations were beaming high, day one purchase for me and although I was satisfied with what I got, I couldn't help but feel the console versions fell inferior to the PC. The campaign was medicore but is worth a playthrough if you have the spare money and time to do so, but in my own opinion, Battlefield 3 won me over due to their team based multiplayer. Unlike games such as call of duty, me constantly dying never once frustrated me, I seemed to just laugh and brush it of as battlefield 3 allows you to enjoy the realism and scale of the multiplayer modes. However, I was again disappointed as maps as well as the amount of people per match were scaled down on consoles compared to the PC but that too was expected. Nonetheless, I must argue that if you have no one to play this with, just try rent it, as said, this is a team based multiplayer game, and with most team base games, you need at least a few friends or just the one to keep you satisfied.

I would give this game a 7.5 if I could as Kingdoms of Amalur deserves a purchase and a chance, however after seeing so many wonderful reviews of major websites about how amazing this game is, I realised that I begun to force myself to actually try enjoy it. The combat is one of the best reasons to purchase this game as well as the rich world it throws you in, but yet I couldn't help but find it all repetitive as things started to get easier. This is not a bad game, it's a good game with moments of greatness yet just falls flat. Regardless this game would keep many playing for hours, but games such as dragons dogma which received low scores in major critic websites seem to be more engaging than kingdoms, nonetheless the game is worthy of a playthrough with the rpg elements actually mixed in correctly.

To keep it short, it is 2012 and I still imagine myself playing this game, the story is engaging, the people feel alive, the maim character is someone I for once cared about, and the gameplay never gets old. A game about vengeance, family and redemption is perfectly displayed through both comical yet serious dialogue keeps the game alive. Main story aside, side quests, or random events such as a man chased by wolves in need of your help continue to spring up continuously as the realism of this game mixed into mind where I believed I was a cowboy saving a women from bandits while hunting in the huge open world for bears while herding cows. Everything honestly recieves a 10.

As many people have mentioned, after being said the walking dead series were To be released monthly, the long wait for episode 2 ruined the sort of flow between the first and second episode that I imagined. However, regardless of the wait my excitement continued to grow until the day of the release. Nonetheless, it boils down to the individual game itself, which was why I was pleased that is the same as episode one, the comical graphics and the voice acting were both Perfect yet there were times the game froze for a split second leaving voice syncing of until after the scene. Nevertheless the choices although feel a bit less this time round, again mattered. There were times when I stressed about what to do yet continued to question myself for an answer as episode 2 perfectly delivers the emotions of the story. If you got episode 1 or love a game with emotions and attachment, start with one so you can get 2! Few technical issues stop it from being a full 10.
