matt damon was amazing in this movie. he and franka potente had great chemistry too. wonderful acting from both of them, and loved the plot and its ability to not miss out on details. really made the movie immersive. thank you directors and producers and actors for this film!

Minari0

bad movie. so boring. yawned many times, yoon yeojung was good at acting but she was even better in 계춘할망 and numerous other korean movies. if people think this is the peak of her acting n she deserves an oscar for it, she deserves 100x oscars for all the other work she did that were way more amazing in my opinion. and as a korean american, i did not relate to minari in one bit, which is strange. maybe director lee isaac had a very niche experience. o well. idk why people could relate so well to this movie. did not see anything i see in my own immigrant experience in the US or relationships in my family. oh well _ (shrug shoulder)

Tenet0

i feel like people are gonna hate me for this review but i just feel like the movie was not an entertainment for me. i dont want to pay to watch an almost 3 hr movie to have my head hurt from thinking and trying so hard to figure out whats going on and to catch everything and process it. YES, i know i can watch it many more times. I dont care. I dont want to watch it anymore because my first time watching it was a bad experience. this is just my personal opinion. i pay to watch a movie for entertainment. i loved Interstellar and Inception, even though they were both difficult to understand, and with those 2 movies I wanted to watch the movie more times after i watched them once. And each time I rewatched them, it was a great experience. But Tenet was just different. I think the material was just as interesting and not any more esoteric than that of Interstellar and Inception, but maybe its execution was not as good as the other two. Or maybe it's just me. My younger sister enjoyed Tenet a lot and said that she thought it was easier to understand than Interstellar. Well, its just my opinion haha. To each their own.
