Pettiness and vanity on full display. DeLappe's script is biting, hilarious, and relatable. Loved it!

I loved this movie! Gadot and Pine are a match made in superhero-cinema heaven. The addition of Wiig and especially Pascal are beyond welcome! The villains are so much better this time around. While the movie as a whole isn’t as tightly paced as the first, and it also has some weak CGI moments, the movie is a great sequel to the original. I’ve watched it a few times now and it gets better with each viewing... especially Pedro Pascal.

Sensational. An acting masterclass from the entire ensemble but especially Davis and the effervescent Boseman. What a role to mark your curtain call!

Everything. It’s everything. It doesn’t praise these people, it exposes them (in a dramatized manner) and exposes their flaws. It’s a cry for us in the present to do more. To expect more out of ourselves and our leaders.

An absolute embarrassment. Hot damn, that’s awful. And SO SCARY!!! It was, however, nice to be on the same page with literally every other audience member as we all laughed at the terrible absurdity of this garbage fire.

Is it the best movie of the series? No. It is not. However, that doesn't mean that it lacks merit and character. It is over-produced and you can see DIsney's strong hand all over it BUT it is still A STAR WARS MOVIE!! I'm more frustrated with the so-called "fans" of Star Wars ragging on it. Be honest to yourselves, no matter what they came up with you were going to hate on this movie. The last film (Last Jedi) proved to be so divisive that it was inevitable that this final installment would be met with mixed feelings. All this being said, I had an absolute blast! I will openly admit I saw the glaring flaws and plot holes that were there (it's hard to miss some of them) but it never once stunted my enjoyment of this finale. I cannot wait to see it again and, even more, start from episode 1 and watch all the way through at home with my future children. This series did one thing right throughout its entire life: bring people together to watch a movie. There are few things as generally wonderful and powerful in this world as sharing that common bond with so many people.

Really great flick! The adult themes in the book are much more nuanced and this does a wonderful job re-connecting us with these characters in their current state. Not even to mention the task of putting a creature that can't even be explained in the book on screen. The cast is fantastically up to the task and the movie only dragged at around the 1-hour mark. Before that and after it flew and I was on the edge of my seat. Truthful to the text, funny, deep, smart, and scary in different ways. Ch. 1 was DEFINITELY a "horror" flick. This one was more of an adventure story with some scares and eerie things mixed in. They are adults, they're harder to scare. Makes sense to me. Great adaption **** book.
