Awesome technic, mediocre story and characters, real bad gameplay and controls. This is a game for people who like a good Horse Simulator and/or a The Sims "be a good" Cowboy Edition. If you are in for a old school, wildwest themed GTA, this is not the game for you.
After NV my second favorit Fallout game. I play on Pro with SSD and a ton of mods, and this game looks and sounds great. Gunfight is, for the first time in Fallout history, good. The world is worth exploring and the characters are worth meeting. Nowadays, you get the game for less money than a cup of coffee. So there is no reason not to try it.
Best racing sim on PS4. Play it only if you are using a steering wheel!! On my Pro with SSD and 1080p it runs without big framerate issues. Can't say anything about online.
I'm writing this review from the perspective of a father, that played this game (most of the time only watched) with his 9 year old daughter. First things first, the "game" is more of an interactive cartoon than an actual game that delivers challenges. But i think in this case that is a good thing, The graphics are charming, framerate is good, the music is fine, the story is exactly what you expect when you bring girls, horses and summer holiday together. The quests could be a little bite more **** controls are also fine, especially when it comes to riding, I experienced a couple of horrendous riding control in the last years. I think the riding controls works as well as RDR or MGS5 horse controls. The on feet control are okay, but not great. That is what i meant with: it is good that this game is a interactive cartoon. The dialogues are not voiced, so keep that in mind, but for us it was a good thing because my little girl had to read, at the moment she is a little bit lazy when it comes to reading books, so thumbs ups. Sadly my daughter was done with the main storyline after 2 days/~6hours. She started immediately a second playthrough, so it's not that bad for her, but i think some additional DLC would be nice for the future. So if you (or your kids) are into horses, the Horse Club Schleich toys, or Horseland the cartoon and you get a deal of 20 bucks or under, why not. Defentely worth that amount of money.
if you want a sim on X360 that mimiks reallife racing, then Race Pro is not the only, but certainly one of the best driving experince. Only Superstars V8 NC delivers a similar experience. There are Cons: AI is not as entertaining as in SSV8NC and the wet weather system is laughable. FFB could be stronger too.
i love this game for X360. Not the most content or best physics/FFB. But the package overall is very nice and fun. PROS are: You get the best wet track conditions for this console generation and also a very entertaining AI on legendary difficulty. Tracks you probably never driven before and awesome V8 Touringcars. I use the M$ Wireless Steering Wheel, and i have no issue with lag, deadzone, or FFB bugs. After Race Pro this is the goto "Racing Sim" for the X360.
f you have a gamecube, then there is no excuse not to own this game. This is by far one of the best game of that generation. Henshin A Go Go Baby! @ Capcom please bring a HD Port

This is one of my favorit games of all time. Suprising, disturbing Story, Awesome unique artsytle and sound design. The whole gameplay mix is unique and weird but it works and is on point. if you can choose, definitely get the gamecube over the PS2 version, because for the better technics and gamepad. i hope there will be some day a HD Port of this gem.
I don´t get it why CoD is getting so much hate. It´s like the sommerblockbuster for the videogame industrie. If you don´t like, leave it. In my opinion it has a entertaining, fast paced, Single Player Campaign, with a story (i guess). i don´t care about multiplayer so i coudn´t say much about this aspect of the game. For 5 Bucks, and if you had fun with any of the other CoD Singleplayer parts, you can´t do anything wrong, picking this up.
for a long time now i´am very curious about this whole toys-videogame combi thing. So now was the time because this infinity starter set for the vita, with the black spiderman was under 10€/$. My opinion about the vita version is very mixed. The figures itself are very nice, and my little daughter loves to play with them. So they are great for that. For the videogame itself it´s kind of a mixed bag. The game self contains two big parts. The playset and the toybox. The playset ist like a singleplayer action adventure. in this case a spiderman themed one. The toybox is kind of a minecraft/lego creator set. And both of this gametypes are quite enoyable. Unfortunately i can only use my spiderman figure in the playset part. the other figures are only usable in the toybox mode. and you have to pay attention when it comes to buy these toys, because Infinity 3.0 figures are not compatible to this version of the game. Okay here comes my biggest problem with the game itself. The game-engine. The framerate on the vita, especially in the spiderman playset is all over the place. When it comes to fighting and webswinging it´s very irritating and hard to focus on the right enemy and where to go. That brings me to next con. The lockon mechanism. At some point of the game there are enemy generators, which you should destroy to provent the enemies from respawning. But for some reasons spidy attacks enemies on the other side of the room instead of the generator right in front of it. So and now the last con for me, and that is the difficulty of the fighting sections. i play a ton of hardcore games in the last 30 years, but sadly fighting in a game dedicated to kids make me change the difficulty setting to easy. With the cons mention, especially the protection mission are nearly impossible. And after the 20th try you get nausea from the framerate. The graphics itself looks fine. Not great but good. Good models, good textures. The sound design is also decent. The whole cons are not as present in the Toybox mode. I think this is the part of the game where you get the most fun out. After you have unlock all the available toybox stuff. Which is sadly not available from the beginning. And the toybox mode is where this whole figures, powerdisk- game combi thing come into play to his full potential. Last point. Keep in mind that Disney Infinity on the Vita is no game for the go. I mean the Infinity station is wireless and has an battery, but i doubt that someone can play this on the bus or subway. So if you like that kind of stuff, or want to play something fun with your kids together, get the version for the big consoles. For what i understand there is also a two player mode, and you certainly have a stable framerate.
what game have all this people played, who gave 10 and 9s? The Mirror´s Edge that i played has following problems: - it is first person game, but requires high skills in platforming. Which is never a good combination - the game forces you to hand2hand or guncombat instead of stealth. and neither gun or handcombat works. - so, multiply FPS platforming, and **** combat and you get cheap deaths around any corner - the artstyle is questionable. i mean ingame it looks good, but everything is so extreme bright, and the city is so lifeless - the awkward cutscenes are something between a comic and a cartoon, but sometimes the characters are drawn really ****. - all characters besides faith are flat and add nothing to the experience i can´t force myself to go through this crap any longer
why there is such a big hype about the souls series is beyond me. i bought this game because i wanted a good, challenging game. But instead i got a cryptic, broken, low budget game. Glad i paid only 5 bucks for it. First the pros: i like the environments and the enemy design.especially the boss design. The cons: the controls are totally overloaded, and the buttonlayout is completely random and makes even after hours no sense. The menu is a total mess, and the most things get no explanation. If the game is self-explanatory like Ninja Gaiden, or Street of Rage then it okay when there is no ingame help. And that brings me to the next point. That is what the game should be, a linear brawler with a high difficult level, but instead we get a "where i have to go" game, with no map or waypoint system. The combat system is so stiff and unresponsive, and you have to fight more the camera then your enemies. do not believe you get something like a ninja gaiden combatsystem in an RPG version. The characterdesign, of your own guy, is one of the uninspired if seen in years, and i have no relation to the character. That is also the fault of the missing story. Some say, you have to carefully listen to the NPCs to get the whole story. Sorry, but no! The voiceacting is so boring and bad, that it is not even laughable. Even the fist CDROM games in the 90s have better voiceacting. The checkpoint system adds only more frustration to the game. it is so annoying, to go for an 20 min walk after a enemy hits you with a cheap instant kill, or the camera or the bad controls kills you. if this was a straight hack&slay, or you know where you have to go, you could get through the complete game in on sitting with ease, because content wise there is not much to it.
a lot of people praise this game, but i cannot see why? i play now for some hours, and i am totally bored Zero variety in the enemies or leveldesign. This game looks to me like you put the most generic RPG stuff you can find in a mixer and blend it, but forget to put a story in the mix. pro: the graphics are colorful and well drawn.
right now the best one piece gaming experience money can buy. Graphics and Sound is not better then Pirate Warrior 2, but it fits the game perfect. Controls are great, and the cutscenes and possibility to recapture the original story from the beginning till dressrosa is awesome.
