The political messaging and identity politics just make the protagonists unlikeable, and everything else just seems like a soup of modern pander writing. its just difficult to get immersed in this kind of tripe.
hard to get immersed in a show about Vikings, when the culture and aspects we love about it , takes a back seat to current identity politics and feminism trends.
Powerful! diverse! brave! only joking It was quite **** , actually hard to believe how far from grace this franchise has fallen. Obi_Wan is yet another hero to be crapped on, to big up characters no one really wants.
Old school action, grit and masculinity that we lack these days. Most audience will like it, shill liberal critics won't. Great character depth, solid action and no shoe horning current media thing/ politics and narratives down your throat. More of this please!
A solid crime drama. Fantastic script, acting and character development. I would have loved it as a bulk binge watch, but was worth the wait each week.
