30 fps locked is a missed opportunity. Cool lore, but the open world is sooo empty. Why do I have to run around doing fetch quests in the same repeating environment

A fun little game. Drive through cozy and atmospheric townscapes, and meet the locals. Doing deliveries gets a bit stale after the first few, as you have to do the same routes to get money. I wish the local personalities were fleshed out more, and hearing them repeat the exact same message every time I did an interaction/purchase did break the immersion. The survival mechanics felt hacky, and serve really just to boost the run time. Overall a game worth playing, but not much replayability.

Great story, that is overshadowed by the kind of meh gunplay. The core gameplay loop plays like a railway shooter, interspersed with traumatic events to remind us of the brutality of war. It's kind of more of an interactive movie than a game gameplay-wise. If this were remastered with tighter gameplay and more character-building for your allies, it could be phenomenal.

The base game is around a 7 for me on the pc. It's great, has lots of nooks and crannies to explore. Lots of fun to make different characters, but the race system falls flat compared to the earlier games. By lategame everything becomes flattened out, and you can be the overpowered jack of all trades if you don't intentionally restrict yourself. Now, with MODS, this game easily gets elevated into legendary status. I recommend the Nordic Souls wabbajack list, but there are many modlists to choose from. Additionally, you can custom create your own modlist, tailored to anything you want. The game engine is showing it's age coming into the late 2020s, but the mod scene was lightning in the bottle for gamers.

Was so so much fun as a kid, but looking back, the 360 edition was very jank, and 30fps is a drag. After playing Morrowind and Oblivion, it's obvious where a lot of the lore and effort took a bit of a dive for more mass appeal.

Solid storyline, great cast of characters, and voice actors. Great gameplay loop. This game was another Skyrim moment for me in 2025. It's tempered, with a small edge of fantasy that remains realistic. You start off losing to a wooden sword and build into a tank that can slice up a whole camp of enemies. Quests are generally well written, and it felt natural to do most of the side content. The graphics are phenomenal, and the environment is stunning to walk around in. The merchant system is a bit underdeveloped, and money becomes useless by the endgame pretty fast (especially if you are a thief). I would like a more sophisticated thieving system, besides breaking in quietly, looting the place, and leaving. In my 90+ hour gameplay, I was basically never caught for a crime, and I didn't need to try that hard to avoid being caught. Saving is a bit jank, as it can be circumvented by just exiting and reloading the game. I wish it were a bit more thought-out. Justice for the pre-patch dice game!

Really fun DLC. I wish it were fleshed out a bit more, and the gunplay was a bit more refined. Spotting enemies from a distance also kind of eliminates the challenge, and a lot of the gameplay is a walking simulator with big empty fields. If they tightened up the map, refined the scripted sequences, and made the story less generic, it could have been a lot stronger.

I'll admit this game filtered me. It's the awkward step-sibling of the series, a branch from FC1 to FC3. Some cool mechanics that should have remained in the series, like enemy AI, body-specific damage, and fire spread. The jank of durability, enemy rushing, and managing your illness was not fun for me. The locations felt mostly the same, and graphically, it suffers from the era's piss filter.

Cheesy and fun in the best ways. Gun selection is futuristic, without being overpowered. It feels like a custom map that's gone to the extreme.

The story is my favorite in the series by far. Vaas came to define the series, and it set the blueprint for the newer games. Looking back, it was innovative for 2012 and represented a better time for Ubisoft.

Really fun, but the enemy AI (practically Aimbot) and certain level design flattens the mood a bit. I wish there was a bit more reward for straying off the linear path, and a bit less empty spaces that are only meant for vehicles. I beat this twice, once on the hardest difficulty and it was definitely an experience

The story is decent, I feel like the choices aren't that great, but maybe that's the point. The setting is amazing. Gunplay and gun selection are arguably the best and most punchy in the series. The arena mode is fun and almost a game in itself.

Was an okay game. Story was a bit more interesting than the core gameplay, graphics hold up today. Did not care for the gunplay that much, and the waves of enemies. I like the climbing and exploration part better
