A great way to round out a trilogy. Some great moments in this movie. Action is good and interesting. Both main characters work well together. Impressive directorial debut from Michael B. Jordan.

This movie makes you feel uncomfortable, but you're also rooting for the characters to work out together against the family, social, and cultural barriers that threaten to drive them apart. It's a romantic-comedy, but not overly funny. More serious. The ending was pretty shallow and doesn't aim to give any answers to those questions posed in the movie.

Nothing quite compares. Fun but also heartfelt movie about friendship and growing up. Great to watch with friends or family. The greatest animated film in existence. Music is glorious. I grew up with this movie (one of my first cinema experiences) so it's very dear to me.

This movie is meant to transport you to an alien world and marvel at how real it looks and feels. If you saw this in the cinemas (and 3D) like a good boy, you may rate it 8-9 out of 10. Apart from the setting change, there isn't very much new in this sequal, but it serves it's purpose; immersing you and preparing the world for more. Worth the wait, and lays out the groundwork to build upon.

Unlike the first film, this one fails at shaking you up by letting you in on the twist half-way through. This takes it in a new direction; you know "who did it", you're just along for the ride. Not much mystery in this mystery. Besides Benoit Blanc (bless him) all the characters are whomever you want to portray onto them; I believe they're meant to be unlikable and a bit dumb, and they are. The ending is pretty shallow.

Was not a fan of the first film, but this steps up in every single way. The animation and general design is pretty beautiful. It's not a complicated movie, and there are only ten characters, but they're all memorable. The movie doesn't have many deep themes or purpose besides reminding us that there should be more Shrek movies and they may only get better.

I'm not an avid Tarantino man, but I found this film engaging, entertaining, occasionally humorous, and well-crafted. Some great dialogue moments, and despite it's great length everything felt properly paced; nothing wasted, and I did not waste my time watching this movie.

I've seen this twice now, enjoyed both times. Good writing. It's a dark comedy; a good combo of laughs and drama. Violent at times. The Irish amount of swearing and dead-pan humour, along with some serene and beautiful scenes makes In Bruges a heartfelt fav comedy of mine. ... Ralph Fiennes is great in this movie.
