Anything Sid Meier does should get perfect scores, period. The controls take a little getting used to, but then again translating this type of game to a touch screen must have taken a lot of work. Well done.

EDGE Extended is one of the most polished games on any mobile platform. The graphics and sound effects are slick, but it's the game play mechanics that set this game apart. The controls, response and overall package are even better that the first EDGE.

As a huge fan of tower defense games, this game's unique approach and intuitive game play are mixed in perfect proportions. I have no idea how ANYONE could give this a bad review unless they are not strategy or TD fans. Ignore the haters and embrace this game with an open mind. Lots of fun to be had!

If you like RTS games, this is fantastic example of a polished, deeply entrenching game that will consume many iPhone charges and massive amounts of your time. The in-app purchase approach was a little too blatant for me, but if my money funds future expansions with the same quality, I'm in. :-)
