Extremely satisfying competitive top down shooting game with some of the best weapon balancing I've ever seen. Every weapon feels strong in it's own way, and the game's health system is incredibly intuitive. The dodge roll feels really good to use and the skill ceiling is incredibly high.

I'm just waiting for the competitive multiplayer to be fully realized. Balance the weird point system introduce Crossplay update the graphic and sell it as a stand alone experience. The laughter I had when people absolutely just lose you after you punch them in the face in Manhunt will live with me for the rest of my life. When you got invited in the party post match you can all share stories of how you snuck up and poisoned your targets and how elusive they were on the rooftops.

Interesting spin on the deckbuilding dungeon crawler. Instead of relics that give passive abilities to synergize that need to be used strategically to get any benefit from. This game uses equipment that bolsters your stats like an RPG allowing for situation where some gear gives you bad stats but a worthwhile effect and the reverse. Unlike a deck builder game like Slay the Spire you balance stats that you need to improve to face special enemies that all have various weaknesses and strengths instead of cards. A complicated puzzle with a lot of variety in-between runs and going for achievements can be quite fun or tedious no in-between. Wish there was an ability to turn off some pieces of equipment since some pieces of gear are just overpowered in this single player game even on hard mode. So I'd like that feature to be implemented. I like Simon Boxer's art and the style of this game a lot.

The game is a unique free for all strategy game where every player can destroy themselves and take you with them. Mix in some random elements that spice up the strategies that you must employ to win and you have yourself a fun strategy game. The game's stability in terms of connection issues isn't the best in the world but I believe some may be over exaggerating how poorly this game handles connection. The game's RNG isn't ruining the experience. No you're not suppose to fight anyone without shield equipment and expect to live. Stop blaming your lack of strategy on RNG. I will concede and say that the map generation can be pretty bad sometimes. The game shouldn't take an hour. Just hurry up and try to succeed the palace perils when you are strong enough to win. There's a reason that the card that lowers peril difficulty is the most common card in the game. I've been able to win against 3 real opponents in turn 5 which took me about 20 minutes. Games where I'm playing against competent opponents rarely last for longer than 40 minutes. I will say that if there was a way to speed up some of the animations I would do so in a heart beat. I promise you that your patience will be rewarded if you stick with this game and don't get discouraged.
