Barbershop: The Next Cut10
Jul 5, 2020
A movie with a genuinely strong message that any film goer will enjoy. I’d say it’s a more emotional barbershop film, nothing wrong with a little realism. I enjoyed it! Humor was decent but I wasn’t expecting it to be over the top funny.

Girl on the Third Floor0

What an awful film, the pacing is awful as the film starts off horribly slow. There is too much focus on grossing the audience out than actually giving an interesting horror plot. They seemed to focus so much on gross out that they neglected improving the plot and characters.

Extremely over-hyped and disappointing as well. I do not understand why i find this moving so boring. It definitely has good actors but the plot really put me to sleep. I remember going to see this movie and people started leaving it mid way through. I sat through it only to be amused by the ending of the film. I understand the audience its targeted at, but its artistic silent vibe was not working for me. Most people I did show it to also got very disinterested in it as well.

This movie is funny bad, so bad its good type of film. Watch it if you want some quick laughs. The CGI was so over the top it looked as if it was a early 2000's video game commercial for teenagers.

The Amazing Spider-Man6
Aug 19, 2015
It was not bat at all! I enjoyed this to an extent. The action scenes and drama actually worked compared to the second. I was immediately not a fan of the character, but hell he at least did some really cool stunts that was damn nice. As for the plot however It was forgettable r, literally I had to re-watch it because I could only remember the ending.

Spider-Man 37

Ok so this movie is my least favorite. It's plot had too much going on, humor was great, visuals were great but not memorable. This movie tried to do too much, its plot was easily guessable and it wasn't my favorite part of the movie. Honestly, its not worth watching, especially the ending either. I decided to give it a 7 because Peter Parker was still Peter Parker

Spider-Man 210

This is obviously one of the most memorable movie during my childhood. I watch both 2 and 2.1 and the plot was just so damn good, it gave you extreme pulse racing visuals that really let you see through his eyes, Spider Man's personality is one anyone can literally become apart of. The action scenes are actually very realistic, I enjoyed that the producers actually put Peter in realistic situations that just always pushed the limits of his possibilities. This film made him one of my favorite super heroes, I wish they used this same type of creativity in the new films.

The Amazing Spider-Man 23
Aug 19, 2015
Just watch the 2004 Spider Man Not better than the first films at all, this movies sort of a mess, but it did not make it a bad movie entirely. This film wants you to like there characters in it, but there so cliche though, the new Spider Man tries with this sort of cheesy punchline personality, that's just not that enjoyable. A majority of the movie it seems as if this Peter Parker just doesn't even take things seriously, and of course it seemed like it was just to purposely create conflict that was not needed, nor enjoyable. The films cgi is mind blowing though, that's probably all I really enjoyed about it, it was done well. Now as far as Jamie Foxx's involvement, I literally guessed his entire character because he immediately showed was a generic nerdy stereotype...I just didn't really care for that at all. There is so much villain involvement (or introductions) in the film, it gives you too much at once that they all didn't fit the plot, literally. So, cliche character development, overuse of villains, and a cheesy Peter Parker that gets annoying, its easily forgettable.

Seriously a good Sandler film. I saw this movie and it was just great. Sandlers jokes were very funny in this film and they are still very memorable. If you want good Sandler film, this is the one you see

A Million Ways to Die in the West0

This movie was good in the first like 30 minutes then it got overly boring. None of it could keep my attention at all. The plot is gosh awful and the characters just don't work at all. Seth McFarlanes latest flicks are disappointing and this is just another example of something that just doesn't work at all.

Ted 23
Aug 13, 2015
Humor wise, it worked the first film, but now the comedy is totally hit and miss. I was able to slightly chuckle at most of Ted's jokes, but they were not enough to hold the film up overall. To be honest Seth McFarland's jokes as spoken by Ted are not the best, now they were funny to an extent, but it seems like jokes you would find from an new episode of Family Guy, understandable but not that funny or memorable.

Paper Towns4

It was just a big cliche character development wise. Its not a must watch either. I mean its ending is disappointing and well it juts makes the film forgettable, but hell this is from a person that's not much into this genre to begun with. I'd just wait till it hits a streaming service.

Ride Along8
Aug 13, 2015
Has its flaws, but not a horrible film as people make it seem. The plot could use some massive work, but its not enough to give it less that a 5 though, the jokes are not bad, nor super good but I did laugh at Kevin's jokes. Ice Cube was a good edition, but he did not seem to even want to connect with Kevin at all, but hell the sequel could be a major improvement over this very decent cup of tea

Tomorrowland4

I saw this film being mediocre from the trailers. Every trailer never revealed anything big, but it always panned to beautiful CGI. Just like the trailer, the CGI is the only thing that held the film up. The plot is just a mess though, it was pretty hard to understand and once I knew that it was some new futuristic land for extremely smart people it also just did not work at all, even the whole save the world bit was not **** well the CGI was good...

Fantastic Four2
Aug 9, 2015
Seriously you will need to see Ant Man to wash this films terrible taste out of your mouth, it just did nothing correct at all and felt incomplete. I must say this film is worst than the first 2 original film, but at the same time while I didn't like the first 2 films, the first 2 films had better developed characters than this one. You just cannot connect to these characters at all, they just have no souls. The CGI is the only thing that is acceptable, everything else is crap, to the slim plot and to the bad development on the characters. I more so feel sorry for the actors though, all very young and wanting to be actors, ave there images put into a crappy spotlight. They even deserved better.

Over the Hedge9
Aug 7, 2015
In desperate need of a sequel. This movie was really great, its funny how I accidentally saw the film when it was released, but it was worth it. Dreamworks really had something with over the hedge, it had fresh comedy to relatable humor and it just worked so damn well.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy10
Aug 7, 2015
It hard for me to give this a bad score, their are many reasons why I enjoyed this film. 1st reason: The CGI was really good in my opinion, well for 2005, it was awesome. 2nd reason: Its actually really f*cking funny and uses decent humor. 3rd reason: It did sci-fi correctly, they're were scenes in the film that were smile worthy making me say, "cool" (probably similar to cgi reaction). I loved it, its one of my favorite films.

Terminator Genisys10

My gosh just like Jurassic World, people need to stop using there nostalgia cards and start to enjoy the concepts the films are giving them. If anyone keeps looking at a movie from a past sense and not a future sense, they will make themselves not like the film. Critics this is what makes the creation of films become limited and then there will be bad films that all seem too similar. Well damn, this film is great, I enjoyed a lot of parts of it and surprisingly enjoyed Arnold as well.

Rugrats in Paris: The Movie - Rugrats II10

Very great childhood film that brings back so many memories. It is better than the first film and released around a time when Nick was really Nick, gosh the nostalgia this movie brings me.

Jurassic Park III2
Jun 23, 2015
So first the black guy dies first of course. Never seen that happen in a film before (sarcasm to the max). My gosh the actions the character in this film do are horrible, I mean the way the scenarios are set up are bad. There are like plenty of times they should have been squashed, ripped in half and killed of sight....hell that would have made the film more interesting. Its not worth watching.

San Andreas9

It was a solid experience, a couple hitches in the plot and the actions done by Johnson. I would have to say it did keep me interesting, despite the crap load of cliches it had.

Ex Machina4
Jun 14, 2015
It was not a very entertaining movie and more of a freaky one were you don't get much character development. Its si-fi robot aspects are cool, but the amount of creativity is shoved down your throat with a creepy uninviting plot that you force yourself into enjoying.

Save the world with destruction type plot really hurt this film, I somewhat enjoyed the deeper knowledge given from the characters, not there actions.

Avengers: Age of Ultron6

This is coming from a person that read the comics as a kid, this movies plot confused the hell out of me. It took so much explanation and research to actually understand things in this film. Decent over the top action and cool acting from the characters is all I got, its nothing new.

Very, very, very underrated si-fi flick. I don't like the reviews this film got online at all. It has its flaws, mainly in the way the plot is delivered, but I was able to easily look past that and enjoy every single scene in the film. It's plot is very similar to District 9 in some ways, but that is not a good reason to give the movie horrid low scores.

Jurassic World10
Jun 14, 2015
I really don't like how a lot of reviews online are comparing this move to the first film. Of course this film is not going to exceed the expectations of the first film! It just **** to see that every review I read is bashing it on the characters or what they talk about, that is not what you see this movie for, you see it for it's thrills. This is a sad issue with a lot of movies these days, critics and some of the fanbase give the movie low scores because its not like the movie they remember. This is a sequel to a movie series we have not seen in 15 YEARS, cut the film some slack! Its a movie that exceeded my original assumptions and man i really dislike the critic reviews for a film that deserves way more credit.
