Yooka-Replaylee10
Dec 12, 2025
I played the original Yooka Laylee four times and got 100% twice. I earned the platinum trophy for this game too.
It was a joyous time, hunting down new collectibles, seeing an even more vibrant world, and having a variety of new puzzles. The Kartos sections have become fun, and Rextro isn't an abomination anymore. The difficulty can be too easy on occasion but rarely is it an issue. If you want a 3D platformer that itches that Banjo-Kazooie spot (a game I've gotten 100% in at least eight times), then this game is for you.

God of War: Ragnarok10

I just finished taking out all of the super bosses. I've done nearly everything in this game and can thus say how excellent this game is. The story has staying power, deep themes of redemption and healing, some of the best acted scenes I've ever seen in a videogame, and ridiculously well done characters. Every character has their time to shine and meaningful growth. Many of the scenes depict action worthy of a quality MCU film. The emotions of this story have stayed with me for weeks following the release and once New Game Plus is released, I can easily see myself playing through this game another four times. If you want complex gameplay, Ragnarok has it. If you want vast worlds to explore, this game knocks it out of the park with numerous worlds to explore. If you want a game with memorable boss fights, I lost track of how many main bosses and side bosses there were. There is variety, there is wonder, and there is so very much that Ragnarok offers you. After this masterpiece, I am more than willing to wait another five years before the next God of War if it's anywhere near this good.

Yooka-Laylee10

As someone who has played Banjo-Kazooie innumerable times and has lived every minute of it, I get what this game was intended to be. As someone who has played through Yooka-Laylee twice, I can say with confidence it succeeds. The humor is fantastic, the world's are creative, inventive, and challenging, and the amount of heart the developers put in was unreal. Does game is an absolute joy and it is everything the platform collectathon is meant to be. Except the mine carts. Those are miserable. But aside from that, this game is worth loving just as much as Banjo-Kazooie. It is one of the greatest games one played.

Banjo-Kazooie10
Jul 25, 2021
I've played through this game at least eight times, if not far more. It has a huge amount of variety, from swamps to mountains to the four seasons. The humor is always on point and at no point does it feel as though the creators were ever close to running out of creativity. It is a highly replayable game filled with memorable characters charming locations, and music that brings joy and a childlike simplicity to everything it touches. Even twenty three years after release it is still a masterpiece. One of the greatest games ever to be released.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales10

The game was quick, yet a joy to play. The villain will probably go down as one of my favorites because of personal and layered the relationship is. Miles is an excellent interquel that builds upon it's foundation of the previous have while allowing it's new hero to grow as a believable, relatable hero.
