Great Soundtrack, great dubbing. The choices you have play out very true to the lore. If you like the X-Com gameplay and Warhammer, then this is for you. My only complaint would be that the difficulty is not consistent. It starts off diffcult and becomes pretty easy later on.
Made the mistake to give Blizzard one more chance. Before Season 1 it was both better and worse than i expected. The Store and Mechanics weren't that bad. I had seen worse coming from Overwatch. But the game itself was a bit disappointing. The story is braindead and the bosses are just bulletsponges. Animations are so flashy and often overlap to a point that you cant possibly see whats going on. Some Sidequest are real gems but overall the game feels like it was designed by a group of unity devs fresh out of a bootcamp..... Seaons 1 and the accompanying changes showed the true face of activision/blizz again by doing everything and at any cost to nickel and dime the player. It came to a point that i feel insulted for having bought the game. Needless to say i would rather stop playing Video Games than give even 1 more buck to this company.
I realy wish Fatshark would replicate their great models, maps and gameplay in a different engine. I still sometimes play Darktide but it is 100% DESPITE the effing garbage engine that they use. I cant get a stable framerate at even the lowest settings, hit registration issues are even more evident given the amount of ranged weapons compared to vermintide. There has been 1 new Map sinsce release which honestly i realy like a lot. But still the awful bugs, performance issues and also weird rendering of smoke and sometimes light are ruining the experience for me. Just make the same thing in something like Unreal and might even purchase something from the stupid cosmetics store.
Man, when i thought D:OS2 was one of the greatest games i ever played then BG3 has to be top of the list. Im a **** for crafted roleplay experiences and this game is a dream come true. Some people might say this is a once in a lifetime game but i think this might be the single greated gaming experience to ever be made by artists. AI will make designing games like this even more uneconomical so that BG3 might be the Peak for human-crafted rpgs.
Usually Starfields Setting would be right up my alley. But my anticipation evaporated at record pace. The Story is super boring, your decisions don't matter. I'm around 60 hours in and never has there been a moment i was captured by the games story, characters or maps. Im kind of angry that it took me so many hours to realize that this game is generic and has a horrible engine. Sadly i can't refund the game because i thought maybe it gets good after the next 10-20 hours. The 1 point i gave is for the modding support. Maybe a great Mod someday will make the wasted 70 bucks hurt a little less.
