Great series - Sadly, NBC killed the show with its Friday Night slot and inconsistent airing - finally killed off for the short-lived XFL. So fascinating watching Jarod experience the world as an adult that was isolated from so much. Miss Parker and the push-pull between them adds to the dynamic. Somewhat dated today, but still entertaining and interesting. One of my favorite series of all time. This is one of those shows that was just getting going and killed by a Network that never knew how to market or schedule. Back to Back with "The Profiler" was probably the best two hours of TV - Problem was that their market audience was generally out for the evening during the original airings.
Not perfect - but a show that is a perfect length - such amazing actors and great premise. Show knew there was a ticking clock before jumped the shark, and while it pushed things - such a deeply satisfying series. Of all series that made it some 30+ episodes, this is one of the most consistent quality you will find. If this show had been on HBO over SkinaMax, so many more would have discovered it. Some of the most interesting choreographed fights you will find
Wanted to like this more - I like Bobby and Nicole as actors - Jamie Lee Curtis is just bad. Never read the books, but like these type of dark crime mystery/crime dramas - but so much wokeness - This really could be so much better, but it just gets in its own way
