This gets a zero out of ten from me based on their customer support alone. The game is fun enough, but their customer support has made me sorry to have ever played this game. I have no fond memories of Wildstar any longer, only anger and sadness. All due to their terrible customer service. It's not worth it to play this game on the off chance you might have to deal with their customer support.

This game is super fun and addictive. I was genuinely impressed how well they came up with fun an functioning card game from a few min of a show. Not sure why so much negativity about the microtransactions though. Sure, you *can* buy packs and whatnot, but you don't have to, and it's not necessary. You can the ability to get packs and whatnot just by playing the game. I've spent 30+ hours playing with zero microtransactions. It's super fun. Don't worry about the microtransactions.

This is a fantastic continuation of the franchise. The graphics and game play have been significantly improved. The new swap abilities are great, as is the ability to now JUMP! If you've played the previous Skylanders games, you'll love this one. If you haven't, then Swap Force is a great way to start.
