Worms: Open Warfare 29
Nov 26, 2012
Worms: Open Warfare 2: After 2006's disastrous Open Warfare (the PSP version was good), Team17 had Two Tribes handle this instalment. There are 33 weapons and utilities to use. There is a lot of customisation including the landscape and flag editor. The online is excellent and the laboratory mode is fun. However, you cannot have your own names online. This is because parents don't want a little boy playing against a weirdo because lots of kids have a DS. Verdict: Presentation: 9 - Laboratory mode is fun and online is excellent. Graphics: 8.5 - While the frame rate can nosedive during explosions the textures are high-res and attempt to push the DS. Sound: 9 - Speech banks are really funny. But you'll miss out on Thespian. Gameplay: 9.5 - Perfectly paced and the AI problems from the original Open Warfare are fixed. Lasting Appeal: 9.5 - There is a ton to do here from creating your own landscapes to online play. Overall: 9.5 - Excellent - Two Tribes have done an excellent job with this sequel and every complaint from the original Open Warfare have been addressed.

Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing0
Nov 25, 2012
Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing: I love racing games like Mario Kart. In Big Rigs, you have a choice of four rigs and there five tracks. Unfortunately, Big Rigs is a completely buggy mess. The fifth track, Nightride, which is the best of the lot, crashes the game. And look at the graphics. The rigs and some textures don't look that bad. But all the other textures are sub-Nintendo 64. Add that to game-breaking clipping issues and disconnected textures and you've got one of the worst looking games ever. There's no sound, and with no obstacles, no competition, and no cargo it's degenerated into 3D connect-the-dots. Verdict Presentation: 0 - A completely buggy mess. The best track of the lot crashes the game. There's only four rigs to choose from. Gran Turismo 5 had 1000 cars Graphics: 0 - Extremely grainy textures. I've seen far better looking games in 2003 (e.g. Worms 3D). Textures disconnect when you're near the road. Sound: 0 - No sound at all. So a 0. Gameplay: 0 - With no obstacles, no cargo, and no competition, the goal you have is not a goal. Lasting Appeal: 0 - With no gameplay, no replay. -Extremely buggy -Clipping issues -Only five tracks to choose from -The goal you have is not a goal -Only four rigs -Horrible graphics Overall: 0 - Donut of Death - An absolute failure in the games industry. if all games were like this, video gaming would be a disaster.

Great Big War Game10
Oct 13, 2012
This game deserves minimum 9. I'm giving it 10 to counter with the negatives. This is a brilliant strategy game. With a 50 mission campaign and online multiplayer you will never get bored of it. Who the hell would give this game a bad score. Metacritic, sort out the user scores for iOS games. Score: 96%

Doodle Sprint!4

It gets boring once you start playing it. One level is never enough. Get Line Runner or Doodle Jump and go past this one. There are loads of games we would recommend before this. Score: 42%
