I'm not a fragile petty snowflake that gets butthurt over increased representation, but they knew this movie was bad going straight to streaming. Why? Just stop.

The only thing worse than being jaded is being bandwagon jaded. Imagine disliking a marvel movie for not being serious enough. Which, for the record, it was.

The pop culture of the early 2000s was saturated with souless overly processed content. They really nailed the aesthetic.

Why does Kyle Smith from the New York Post get to put in his obviously disingenuous and spiteful bad take?

Imagine not liking a movie because of when it was made and then review bombing it out of petty spite.

Never seen it. I bet it's awful. Causes people to make light of the real threat of right wing militia groups who think they are entitled by their religion to empower unqualified hacks into public service.

I thought it was an 8 but I gave it a 10 to try and offset some of these disingenuous negative reviews from people who obviously didn’t watch the movie. Yes it is about white male rage but it does not demonize white people. How sad do you have to be to get on here and leave an obviously fake review because you’re offended by the label, ironically enough, a modern form of white male rage.

I’m not a fan of Nolan movies, even his other Batman movies. But this movie has more memorable scenes and visceral visual photography than most you’ve seen. It’s probably not more than 8 for most but it’s in my top 5 with Drive, Apocalypse Now, Blade Runner, and LA confidential.

It was fine except for the story. It was really lazy. Which is a shame because they can literally contrive anything.

If you can’t appreciate the music and surrender to the experience then you probably won’t like the movie. Could have been a few minutes shorter.

It would be a no frills slog if each account wasn’t as head shaking as the last. What I thought was incompetence at the time was purposeful denial. Inexcusable

You know you’re on the wrong side when you get pissed about high turnouts.

Look at all the closeted pedos and clueless moms taking aim at what they think is an easy target for their deluded sense of virtue. Its hard to watch because its supposed to be. Tell me what you are more scared of, that this content objectifies children at the pleasure of pedos, or that the realities of children naively rushing to embrace their sexuality and putting it on instagram under your roof is a situation you don't know how to deal with.

This isn’t a bad movie the photography is very beautiful, but you can’t tell me the acting was good or that the script was engrossing enough to justify staring at people with emotionless expressions for long stretches. Rule breaking in the editing room isn’t fresh and would be aesthetically un pleasing to anyone who wasn’t looking to give the production bonus points for being novel. There is no payoff.
