If you buy the game I recommend playing the second campaign(Sun Temple) first as it's way better than the main campaign. If you play the main campaign first the second campaign won't feel as fresh since it reuses some enemies. There is no story connection between the two. Actually, you might as well skip the main campaign entirely. It's godf***ingawful, just a collection of "activate all thingys to get to boss" labyrinths filled with infinite enemy spawns. If you still crave more after Sun Temple the best option is to check Steam workshop for mod campaigns. The best of them are on par with or even better than Sun Temple and have new enemies too.

To keep this short: + Funny jokes (Gaius and Muzet FTW) + Great character stories + Better voice acting than in ToX1 + Awesome music - Exactly the same world as in ToX1, maybe about 1/6th of the areas are new. - The main character has a huge debt which you have to gradually pay off to progress in story, which means boring MMO style kill/gather bulletin board quests. - If you take out the grind there isn't really much actual content. - Character development has been made even worse than it already was, but not by much. - Slowdowns in certain places, or whenever there are more than 3 opponents.

Overall I truly enjoyed the game, it's a worthwhile purchase for any RPG gamer, but it has its flaws. One of them is voice acting. Only around 25% of the voice actors are good, 50% are so-so, and the rest are just plain bad. These bad voice actors include even the male main character, Jude. Milla belongs to the so-so category. Another complaint I have is about character development. It doesn't matter much what you pick because you get so much points that you're able to take almost everything anyway and the next section only opens up once you've unlocked enough passives and artes. It's so linear that you might as well set it on auto-level. There are also many other things that could've been done a lot better(AI, loot system, combat related stuff, etc.) but I don't want to make the game sound any worse than it really is so I'll stop now.

Can't say I enjoyed the game gameplay wise. Too repetitive and automated. The story is Ghibli-grade but the lack of voice acting and dull environments(great ideas, just not enough color and detail) killed it for me.

+ Free deck building, which previous Magic games didn't have. - Menus are horribly slow to use. - There are no other game modes besides free-for-all. - You cannot unlock all the cards via gameplay, some have to be bought in boosters via in-game store which costs real money. It costs around 25€/28$ to get them all. - Everything is super white so if you have a bright monitor you'll burn your eyes. - 60fps mode doesn't stay on, the game constantly changes it to 23fps. - When you try to join another custom multiplayer match after finishing one you often crash. - Multiplayer lobbies are public by default and quick match system doesn't have any queue so you'll fail to connect 90% of the time. - There's a bug that may cause you to lose all your progress and cards, including premium($) ones. - Many cards are not working as intended e.g. If you use prey upon or hunt the weak on enemy that has any abilities(life steal, etc.), those abilities do not work. This is just one example, I've found around 10 others so far. - You may sometimes get stuck between turns in multiplayer and the game doesn't resync, though this was also a problem in previous Magic titles. - There is no way to remap skip button(TAB), or any buttons if you're playing with a controller.

Read further to see my comparison between DS1 and DS2. However, first I must say that I find it funny how everyone is being so honest now. When DS1 came out it was only praised, praised and praised. It was like a fad to praise it. In reality it wasn't much better or worse than DS2. Looking at how DS2 compares to DS1: + No GFWL + Connecting to others works very smoothly and summoning signs appear very fast. Level doesn't also matter anymore, only the total amount of souls you have collected(google "soul memory" to find out more). + Stats make more sense now. DS1 had very hard diminishing returns after 40 points. DS2 still has them, but they're not as apparent and have more stages. + Runs very well and has real PC options. No need for 3rd party fixes anymore. +/- No unpredictable "**** you" moments, it's all about skill. +/- You can't miss any NPC interactions anymore and there are no hidden quests. +/- Leaving covenants doesn't have any kind of a penalty or cost. +/- Really many things from DS1 have been recycled, like most(if not all) weapons, spells, and enemy movesets. +/- Textures are way better than in DS1, but the game still looks a bit dated. +/- Mouse and keyboard support is better than in DS1, but it could still use some work. - 360 controllers have strange deadzones. - Very many things in the game are frame rate dependent. This includes equipment wear, invulnerability time during dodge rolls, attacks of some enemies, and other things. i.e. At 60fps your equipment wears twice as fast as at 30fps. - Environment and lore are much less interesting than in DS1. - Boss fights are not as memorable. - Music is really average. - World doesn't make sense anymore. It can rain on other side of a door and be sunny on the other. Also, if you look at 3D model of the whole world, different areas overlap each other. I personally don't really care about this, but in DS1 everything was consistent and I know many players liked it.

Excuse me for using caps, but QUICKTIME EVENT HATERS BEWARE!!! In GoW you do almost everything by using quicktime events. And I'm not talking about just any kind of quicktime events, over half of them are "smash O like crazy or you will fail" quicktime events.

Really enjoyable, but mediocre experience. Too much horse riding, duel system is awful, dead eye feels useless, there is no real need to aim(the game has inbuilt aimbot), most of the missions are either repetitive or boring, story is not interesting, there are too many strange story related characters, you cannot really choose what to do(only in which order you do things), there isn't any choices that would affect the story or the way people see you, the performance is awful(runs 15-25fps and sometimes even drops around 5fps). I still gave it 7 because I sort of enjoyed it and there are not many western games.

To put it simply, Inquisitor is a game that forces you to read(or skip) incredible amounts of dialog. Sure I think it's great that every character in the game world has something to say about every quest and it's phase but you are never told any tips who to talk to. For example it would make sense if asking about thing X from person A would make her say that person B might know, but no; you have to talk to every god damn npc in town and sometimes even on the other end of the game world.

RPG is my favorite genre and this is the first and the only RPG I would ever give under 7. Combat system tries to be creative but it feels really clumsy and boring. It's like D&D system without pause or character swap. You need to press right and left to select skills from the bar which is reaaally annoying in a long run. I mean why could they just have used skill wheel instead of skill bar. Enemies can be avoided by going around them even at situations where you're clearly supposed to kill them to get past them and sometimes they won't even react if you run directly towards them. You need to push down C and use all of the other buttons to adjust camera angle all the time because the game can't do it properly. Heck at one time I think I got some sort of "can't see a **** achievement in the middle of a battle. Game mechanics take forever to figure out, the tutorial doesn't feel like it's enough. Mainly because common things like stun, knockdown, etc. are named daze, topple or something else you've never seen used in any other game. Quests are "kill X parrots" style like in MMOs without any further depth or interesting storylines. As you get in higher level areas you just keep seeing same enemies with different names and in different colors. Characters are uninteresting and the story is mediocre. I know I could've spelled this all better and in better english but I honestly don't feel like I should waste any more time even thinking about this game.

If you like Pierce Brosnan James Bond movies you like this. The only bad sides I could find was that enemies(or you) take forever to kill unless you aim and critical them in the head or if you use sneak attack. Other option is to use shotgun or any other less stealthy weapon and go all Rambo, the game doesn't punish you at all even if you do not play like a real agent would. Lip-sync and face animations are also quite awful which sort of annoys me because dialog and voice acting are both superb.

First of all I want to say that the devs have done really good job patching up this game. There are many reviews here that complain about its bugginess, but in its current state it has less bugs than most modern games. In fact I haven't encountered even one. This game has some incredible atmosphere, it sort of reminds me of Deus Ex and Metro 2033. I'm not good at pointing out the positive sides, all I can say is that this game is well worth the money if you can just overcome its flaws. Hacking is boring, story is a mess, translation is bad, enemies spawn everywhere you can't see and can spot you from 500m away, melee feels clunky and you have to around A LOT. Inventory system also sort of forces you to use only one weapon because you can't carry enough ammo otherwise.

Not as good as Oblivion or Morrowind, everything has been simplified, the game is too easy, there isn't as much content and movement is restricted by mountains and invisible walls. However Skyrim is much easier to get into than these two games and this must also be the reason for all there positive reviews.

Good sides: Basic gameplay mechanics like crafting/enchanting/skills are great, item stats vary and hunting better gear feels fun. If you liked Titan Quest, Diablo, Torchlight or other similiar RPGs you might also like this. Bad sides: Bad voice acting, mediocre dialogue, mediocre story, uninteresting world, multiplayer does not work over internet and lan is buggy, lots of invisible walls, level-scaling takes away the feeling of progress, enemies can only do basic attacks, dumb companion AI and no means to command them(especially annoying if you play ranged - they won't attack enemies that are not within ~3 meters), WAY too high potion drop rate, quest won't give much experience(just about as much as killing 1-2 enemies). world map doesn't show anything except quick travel points and there's no minimap. Don't worry it's not as bad as it sounds, I'm just better at complaining, lol.

Not enough cars, not enough tracks, repetitive music, unrealistic engine sounds, unrealistic car stats, unrealistic car handling, unrealistic car damage, only handful of power-ups, no story in campaign mode. Splitscreen on PC is the only good thing about this game and still I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for PC multiplayer experience because it just **** so bad it ain't fun no matter how many friends you have playing with you. To put it bluntly this is the worst racing game I have ever played and I have played CTR, Mario Kart, NFS-series, Gran Turismo, Forza, Flatout, Burnouts etc. almost every racing game out there.
