single player review: 6/10 It manages to be both boring and grippy.. One good aspect is this game has a TON of contents and areas, but it's uninspired under every aspect and mechanically behind the original. Not a terrible game by any standard, but not brilliant either. Locations are plenty and goes from just pretty to mostly predictable and unoriginal. The genious in the level design of DS1(the connection from the undead parish to firelink shrine through elevator, for example) is nowhere to be found, or its a mere pale attempt of imitating of it. Bosses are really the worst in the series with no need for tactic or learning their attack pattern. You will kill many of them at the fist try. And like most NPC are ugly as the environment they inhabit(the colour palette is generally terrible and just too bright/vibrant for a Souls game) and are just scattered around the game with no real buildup to them. Enemies animations are terrible, most of the time ridiculous. The combat system feels slower than DS1 and just not as responsive; you'll get often swarmed by hordes of brainless, badly animated enemies and fight them in the same way over and over. Some design decisions are plain STUPID and BAD. Explosive barrels and poisonous vases(wich you cant recognize from normal barrels/vases)means the first playthrough will put you in situations where what matters is luck and even a perfect fight might get ruined by these objects placement. The game isn't bad and somehow still manages to keep you coming back; i wanted to love this... but as it is, it's just average. Also, the worst of all the Souls games. 6/10

Fantastic GEM ****. Really unpolished but equally awesome. Storyline, gunfights(few but very well paced) and graphics(and phisics) are really fantastic. It starts a little slow but it gets more and more addicting as it goes. If you love games with ton of atmosphere, spooky well designed enemies and good gunplay, this is something you shouldn't miss. Not for everybody but definitely one of the best games from eastern europe, along with the S.t.a.l.k.e.r. games.

The 10/10 doesnt mean is a perfect game. It means it's PURE. It doesnt pretend to be what its not and i love that. A lot of atmosphere, a fascinating artstyle and lore, tons of personalization options and trial and error with no hand-holding; plus, the combat system is gold and the storytelling is unique in his cryptic fashion. The multyplayer invasion system is simply genious and offer even more thrills, mixing sp with mp for a one of a kind experience. NewGame+ Mode makes DS even harder to drop, and leveling up to NG+7 will be an amazing achievement! Dark Souls is as addictive as it gets, simply amazing. I'm playing with the 360 controller and while i could not play it properly with mouse+kb, many manage to...(my first hour with no gamepad...i was about to write for a refund) I was reluctant to try this PC port, but DS is now in my all time top-5. A MUST PLAY. 10/10 *OST is simply amazing.!!!

Cartoony western puzzle-solving trough timing, phisics and logic! Challenging but never unfair, with a leaderboard that makes it even more addicting and plenty of imaginative levels...liking it alot so far. Best enjoyed in short gaming sessions. The game is also available on Windows Store and for the Ipads and seems perfect to play on a couch with a tablet, so think about purchasing it on these devices. 7.5/10

This game deliver the best tactical shootouts in years in a thrilling and realistic variety of situations. The arsenal isn't the biggest but all guns sounds awesome and are actually useful to the game. No pointless gunporn here. Maps are plenty and big enought to allow unit to spread on the battlefield with strategy in the many objective based gamemodes available. The devs have been fantastic offering only free DLCs with a lot of new gamemodes, maps and accessories. The games keeps improving. If you loved the Swat series and the first Ghost Recon, Insurgency seems a bit like a mix of the two, with a bit of CS thrown in. A MUST BUY. *Best with headset to coordinate with teammates. *Steam Workshop integration is AMAZING. 10/10

Single Player Review: 9/10 Dark Souls3 had to perk the series from the averageness of DS2 back to the magnificence of DS1. The main hub, the firelink shrine area, get soon crowded with NPCs and while intended to be a "cesspool of doddering oldfolk and degenerates", it doesnt feels like a believable place. I know it works as Demon's Soul' Nexus did, but i never playied that so i cant really compare the two. Also, the magic of a open world, connected from top to bottom, as it was in DS1, its partially lost here; while the world design is much better than in DS2, it isnt as good as DS1. Levels are much larger, but the way they connects still miss the natural flow of the original game. The design of enemies and bosses is generally very consistent with the environments; the style direction is well above DS2, even if some odd enemy placement can be still found. Areas are packed with loot with steep spikes in difficulty when the player get away from the path to the area boss to adventure in completionist territory, as in some optional areas. Still, the sensation that the game relies, too often, on enemie's numbers, rather than quality, remains. The fighting system is very reminiscent of that of DS2, but much faster, enriched by the weapon arts option, wich is a fancy name for the expanded weapon moveset; also the gameplay is deeper thanks to the option of juggling the estus between HP and FP, giving more options to wizards/ hybrid characters; hitboxes on enemies is generally fair, apart from some boss. The camera and targeting system is far from perfect, presenting some problems in tight spaces packed with enemies and an even shorter locking distance than in DS1/2. A number of time you'll try to lock on to enemy while retreating, only to reset the camera...definitely ONE OF THE GAME'S LOWEST POINTS. Graphics are good, presenting amazing sceneries most of the times, while, purely technically, the game is still reminiscent of DS2sotfs. So, artistically excellent, lacking a true "next gen" look all around. Colour palette is perfect, the colours are more vivid than DS1 but it isnt the mess DS2 presented. The OST, sadly, is nothing special. While DS1 has some memorable tracks,(the malinconic main menu and ending theme, the terrifying asylum demon/taurus demon theme, the magnificent Ornstein/Smough theme or the final Gwyn's piano theme), DS3 tracks are truly forgettable. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about. Sounds are very good instead. final note: works well on 360 controller as well as on M&K. Actually, camera control is soo much better with mouse! bossfight will be much easier! 9/10 +excellent artistic choices +captivating narrative and world +challenging gameplay +amazing level design +good replay value +cool online features as usual -inconstistent camera and targeting system -disappointing bosses OST at times
