Big fan of the series, I own every edition of EA Sports NHL ever released. This one does seem to be the most frustrating of them all when playing against the AI, those long range shots the AI gets in are truly unbelievable and the AI players seems to never really lose the puck of their stick. Good thing is there are various settings, but it takes forever to get the settings just the way you feel fair, but even then it tends to feel a bit empty. As for graphics, teams, tactics, running your team that is all great. If they can only work out this AI issue which seems to remain a problem this game could very well have been a 10.

Dont think you're getting a full cop game that is going to keep you busy for hours, think fun arcade cop shooter. I truly enjoyed this game, fun and quick to play, keeps you going at first and can get quite addictive. When the difficulty steps up it does get quite frustrating and after spending forever in certain stages the need to just give up does kick in.

This game looks as good as it gets for a sport sim on the vita. very realistic features in squads, team selections and tactics. However if you have not played the series before and only read the control settings first time around trying to play this game, then I am sorry to say you are in for a frustrating period. But if you are used to the franchise and knows all the ins and outs, then grab it and have bash!

Weow this game I played a few years ago for the first time on its PS3 release day. I find it quote astonishing how a company that has never produced a cricket title before can come up with a masterpiece like this whilst other companies produce certain titles over and over and never seem to have an idea of what they're doing, but Big Ant got it right first time around with this title. This is by far the most realistic cricket sim out there, the lack of any licenses could have been a worry but the online player editor and download feature fixes that in as easy as 1, 2, 3.... Depending on your setting the game can go from either being a bit to easy to exceptionally hard, what you need to do is find your level and soon you will realise that is plays very realistic, gone are the days of smacking every ball for six or getting bowled even though you time a ball how well, this game is realistic. The bowling, mainly spin bowling is a bit frustating and takes some time to figure out, but at least its fun. If you are looking at adding this game to your collection with Don Bradman Cricket 17 on its way in the next weeks then know that you wont be making a mistake. Bring on Don Bradman 17, I can not wait!

Rugby Union Team Manager 2017

a Rugby manager game, some great licenses of some big leagues. But it does come with it frustrations. It is great to be playing with your favourite club team and try and build it into your dream team and in Rugby Union Manager 2017 you can do this. However be warned, often a world xv on paper in real life might not perform in this game as their stats are often confusing, good players get average stats and lesser known players sometimes have unexplained good stats. When you start at first all the menu screens can be confusing an intimidating, but after 20 mins you'll soon get the hang of it no worries. It would be great if you can get some tips, even of you are a qualified rugby coach in real life and bring that experience into game and it fails it does furstrate you. I once managed to buid almost a word XV team with Claremont, full star coaches but still got smashed week in an week out, possibly I did something wrong, but there is no way of figuring out what you are doing wrong, so a tutorial or a little help would be nice. However dont get me wrong, this game will keep you busy for a good few hours before these frustations catch up with you. These guys are definately on the right track here, so give them support and this game is enjoyable, if not for very long though.

If you are a fan of cricket or the Cricket Captain series, then like me you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a smack around game of cricket and dont know the sport much then this is not your cup tea, as its really a cricket management game and a pretty decent one as well. It amazes me every year how these guys keep the stats up to date and get player stats of players even in the lowest leagues. This game has hours of entertainment and strategy involved for the hardcore cricket fan and wont cost you an arm and leg. The only thing I feel the game has lost a bit of touch in was the from the older titles when it used to have profile pics of players in certain leagues, that will give an cool effect if you decide to give a go in one of the league's you dont really know, but otherwise I cant really fault this beauty ****.

Rugby Challenge 3

a Game we all waited for with high expectations, what we got was huge disappointment. It almost felt like they had the right ideas, but not the passion or rugby knowledge to actual convert it into a good rugby game from its predecessor Rugby Challenge 2. Great licenses, but all the teams are outdated, a great editor, but frustrating. Gameplay, it feels half, uncompleted, reminds me of Rugby 15, it is filled with flaws. Gameplay wise it also contains various problems, like players always out of postion, it does bring the question if the creators actually understands rugby and how it works? Teams and licenses wise its OK, far from great, gameplay wise its and understudy to Rugby World Cup 2015 which in itself is also a game filled with flaws. Rugby Challenge 3 is the most frustrating rugby game you will play in your life after Rugby 15. Do not waste your money, dont have any hope that you'll have more than an hour's fun of playing this disaster.

This is very much a delayed review on this title, reason for the delay is because I wanted to be able to rate it against it's competitor Rugby Challenge 3. Firstly, Rugby World Cup 2015 is an improvement on its predecessor Rugby 15, you can actually kick with your flyhalf and the passing controls are much sharper, possibly the best and most accurate in a rugby game yet, especially if you played Rugby Championship 3 which is the worst along with EA Sports Rugby World Cup 1995 on MegaDrive. a Big let down is the lack of licenses, a few international teams, but none of the top 4 nations, unlike Rugby Championship which was loaded with licenses, but extremely outdated, one does miss all the teams which was in Rugby 15, it would have given a shallow game perhaps a little bit life. The editor is sad, you can edit everything from players but their look, so you can edit fake players in the game to real ones but not their actual look, which kind of kills it. All and all less frustrating than Rugby Championship 3 to play, but with a bit of hard work could have actually been a decent arcade style rugby game, however it just missed that extra couple of man hours and a too high price-tag to allow it that.
