Another undercooked attempt at a "sequel". Inconsistent AI difficulty, at times wild player behaviour, and frequent bugs mean the matches aren't exactly high quality, whilst the half-baked "additions" to career mode fall flat. Ultimate team is ultimate team, though, and the curse of yearly sports games will inevitably continue.

The racing is stellar, and recent updates adding pitlane starts make it the most true-to-life depiction of an F1 race out there. However, as has been the case since day one with this series, the off-track aspect of the game feels neglected. The ability to create a team is nice, but arguably should have been there since the first game. There's little depth in upgrading a car of facilities, and it feels like very little happens on the F1 world, with limited rule changes or random events, particularly harmful due to how long it takes to complete a season. Overall, a very good game, the best in the series, but not the best F1 management sim overall.

The classic LEGO humour is here, along with the traditionally large character roster. Look below the surface though, and the game has some major flaws. The class system means that every character in each class is essentially the same, and the semi-open-world game design means some sections of the story can't be replayed, made worse by the lack of a cutscene viewer.

A very interesting throwback to a generation of games that have practically been forgotten about. There's no groundbreaking ideas or mountains of content here, just a solid arcade racer in a time where games like it are increasingly rare.

This game is damn good, with satisfying combat and, much like the first game, it captures the essence of Star Wars perfectly. It also allows you to keep your abilities from the first game. However, much like the first game, it seems confused as to what genre it's actually trying to be. Oh, and performance issues.

It's by no means bad, but it does very little to innovate from previous installments, and given its publisher's ..... interesting reputation, there's very little hope things will improve.

A very solid game. Decent platforming, okay combat, but wrapped up in a classic Star Wars story.

If you ignore the atrocious progression system the game had at launch and focus on the experience today, this is probably the best Battlefront game. Solid graphics, good gunplay and music choices, and pretty much every character you would expect in a Star Wars game, this is a very fun experience that I would highly recommend, as it probably won't be too long before the servers get shut down.

Despite the name change, this game is still about as original as the tune to "Ice Ice Baby". However, given EA have no competition, it's the only football sim worth playing.

Poor physics, an inconsistent frame rate, and a lack of tracks makes this game a very poor showing. Nice job, Ubisoft.

A genuinely solid kart racer which takes inspiration from the real sport in its power ups, and even integrates real corners in its otherwise fictional tracks. Comes alive in multiplayer.

Does a perfect job of demonstrating the Wii Remote's motion controls, which is pretty much all it had to do. There's a reason this game still has an active speedrunning community.

An absolutely brilliant game. Yes, the story is predictable, but I'd rather have a poor story told well than a good story told poorly. The movement is supreme, the gunplay is satisfying and the game runs very well. I can't believe EA abandoned this franchise.......

Probably the best PES game. Brilliant gameplay, a good feature list, and the edit mode making it easy to revert some of the licensing issues.

A game that really didn't deserve the hate. The AI are less than stellar, the sound design is very poor, but there is a very decent feature list and a nice handling model once you get used to it. Probably the best racer on the Wii.

Well it certainly isn't terrible, but the lack of control you have over the car will get very frustrating
