Great writing, almost like a visual novel. New RPG mechanics that are very promising and interesting, but some of it turns out to be mostly cosmetic if you try replaying it. Still a great game!

Blown away by this game. It kept surprising me with new content, new types of gameplay, new twists in the story, music, everything. I didn't know what to expect and couldn't really figure out what was going on at first to the point that I almost quit, but I'm glad I kept playing. I'd give it a 10 if the interface was less clunky.

Some good parts, but the story is very..soulless, ironically enough for a story about souls being stolen. It starts out OK but about halfway through it becomes a bit of a slog.
