Mario Kart World4
May 11, 2026
It is a failure as a Mario Kart game, items feel incredibly downgraded from 8, courses feel incredibly downgraded, character roster while full of fun characters also feels like a downgrade. The open world is fun for 10 minutes, then it feels like a chore list. The only redeeming qualities of this title are the visuals (while playing single player) and the music, which is full of very good renditions of some classic tunes. Without those factors this game would score even lower. As a longtime fan of the series I was thoroughly disappointed by the game overall.

One of the most fun multiplayer games I've played in a long time. You play as a rocket whose mission is to shoot down your opponents, who also happen to be rockets (can you see where they got the name?). The keyboard controls are a little difficult at first, but once you get past that the game is a great time. This game is perfect to play with 4 people and runs fairly well on lower end PCs. If you're looking for a multiplayer game to pass some time, or start some rivalries, this is your game.

DLC Quest7
May 5, 2015
While it's definitely not a 10 on the scale, it is a good overall game. DLC Quest is a joke on the industries use (overuse) of DLC. The gameplay isn't anything special or something you haven't seen before, but the way they present it is fresh and funny. At such a cheap price DLC Quest is a quality platformer that pokes fun at the rising, and ridiculous DLC quota.

Titan Attacks!8

You like Space Invaders? You like Tower Defense games? You like to kill time? Boy, do I have a game for you! While its not the AAA game you might be expecting after reading so far it does deliver on all of the key points. It's challenging, fast paced and has a good progression. The gameplay is practically a direct rip-off of Space Invaders but not in a way they are trying to hide. It's more of an homage to what was one of my favorite games. The difference is they add TD elements like being able to upgrade: Bullet damage, cannons, shields etc. In the end a cheap fun game that brought me a lot of nostalgia.

Out There Somewhere9
May 5, 2015
A 16-bit puzzle platformer that may be short but it packs quite a punch. It takes queues from many puzzle/platformers, such as: Portal, Half-Life, Braid, and VVVVVV, just to name a few. You play as a spaceship captain who, aided by helpful aliens must repair your ship to return out there somewhere. While the premise and the controls of the game are straight forward, this game is more challenging than meets the eye. If you enjoy bit graphics and are also a fan of platformers you should be playing it right now.
