This is a great show with a awesome cast. I can't wait to watch more of this show. The show is entertaining and the main character Dr. Best is relatable. Love this show and hope it has many seasons to come.

Just another rip-off of good entertainment with unfortunate results. Very poor all around show. Our view is: "skip this poor remake **** TV show you can watch instead - Doc Martin."

There is only one Doc Martin, and no one on the planet is even a close second. I've watched every episode, every season, more than once, I can't believe that for some unknown reason someone believed the could do it better in America. There is no substitute for "The Doc" or genuine British television. Best Medicine was a #SnoozeFest.
