It's an exquisite reminder of the wondrous things that can happen when a storyteller of boundless imagination avails himself of some rigorous discipline.

Paddington 2 is every bit as enchanting as the first, perhaps even more so, but it feels arbitrary to pick a winner. The film is a pure delight, as sweet and sharp as, well, marmalade, really.

This is my favorite movie of the trilogy, the is the greatest movie of all time, so don't listen to Rotten Tomatoes on that one, but this movie was amazing, not as much as Into the Spiderverse but still amazing. 10/10.

Paddington 2 is by far the best sequel I have seen as it has a lot of charm and condiments of character as it has got that freedom of entertainment.

The film gets progressively funnier and more delightful as it goes on; King layers plenty of good-natured comedy on top of each daring escape and chase scene, stretching probability and sometimes patience near the end, but each new hitch and escape feels like an act of invention.

A wilder, weirder, funnier, more heartfelt and eye-popping, and, above all, more fully realized representation of director Paul King’s eccentric sensibility.

Paddington 2 is a winsome confection. More than just a movie, it’s a necessary mood corrective, a temporary escape hatch from negativity. The world does indeed feel right in the company of this kind and polite little bear.

Though the formulaic treasure-hunting plot sometimes gets out of hand, it doesn’t muddle the intended message.

I remember seeing this movie on release day and I already was a huge fan of the first movie so I came in expecting to be satisfied and BOY WAS I SATISFIED! It was made a kids movie, but it's also a movie for Literally everyone. It's very good and charming in other's eyes. But in my eyes, it's a top contender for the best movie ever made!

How come the reviews are so high? It's your average cute movie and all and I like the parts were he goes to prison but other than that it was just meh all around for me. Sorry people.

Better than first film with more humour and visual panache, though it could be more daring.

very predictable and a clear cash grab the film has poor CGI in some scenes where padding-ton changes colour and size in shots
