Ghost Recon Breakpoint offers a vast universe, where the survival aspects have been strengthened from GR Widlands. If the game suffers from a perfectible AI and a clear feeling of "déjà-vu", it doesn’t take anything away from its effectiveness. It works well, especially in coop, while the PVP is viciously nervous. An imperfect title, but with great moments, and a huge potential if handled with care by Ubisoft in the coming months.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint is coincidentally living up to its name, being a failure and potential gravedigger for the famous franchise. Riddled with Pay-to-Win microtransactions tacked on looter shooter gameplay and pretty under average storytelling, even Jon Berenthal wasn’t enough to arise this gameplay up to some decent playable heights.

At its best, Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a taut and tactical shooter that works brilliantly in co-op and is genuinely enjoyable to play but at its heart this is just another sandbox shooter and one that doesn't meet the technical standards we're used to from Ubisoft.

Trash, ghost recon: wildlands was more better, and this one just a waste o time

The weapon feedback isn’t bad, the main story seems quite interesting, and the game world is packed with activities though, unfortunately, these are often repetitive and feel like side quests, in true Ubisoft style. The quality of the textures and animations is a bit hit-and-miss, and the characters’ expressions often leave something to be desired; however, in simulation mode, I find it fun and light.

Much better game than expected. Grew tired of watching immersive Ghost Recon Breakpoint Youtube Videos, so I just bought the game. Remember tested the game for a couple of hours on base Ps4 back in the days and the draw distance was aweful. On Ps5 it looks much better and runs smoother as well. At the end of the day I agree with the Ghost Recon Community, that Wildlands has the better setting and Breakpoint has the better mechanics. I don`t know why the mod community is so obsessed turning breakpoint into first person. It would come in handy in helicopters and vehicles for sure, but overall it stands out for being in third person for the milsim felling and seeing your own character. When I want first person I go and play Sniper Ghost Warriors Contracts 1 and 2.
The sniper scopes of Breakpoint are dissapointing, so is the AI of patrouling wolf and common soldiers, as they just walk in circles with no clear direction or goal. Also when a teammate spots an enemy , they give no information where the enemy is, unlike in Wildlands where you`re given a hint. The NPCs seem to be a bit soulless and they never come down when they encounter a Ghost with a weapon. The road network of Aurora is also not planned out very well, so helicopters are mostly needed to get from point A to B. I think the grass is to low for a sneak and tactical shooter. The driving meachanics are absolutely aweful and they should have just copied it from Wildslands. As Breakpoint is a much more complete product in 2026, immersive mode, story expansions: Episode 2 and 3 and Operation Motherland I would give it a go before the next entry arrives.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is an exciting game. It knows what it wants to do. It wants to give players options, it wants them to feel unshackled by design decisions that offer to gently nudge them in a direction or possibility. It wants to give a platform to four friends to cause chaos in a variety of scenarios. Breakpoint is a freeing game and it has its flaws. But, above anything, it is fun.

I’m torn on this conclusion, but I just feel like Ubisoft played it too safe with Breakpoint. There’s not a lot of risks being taken in this game, and it shows. With that being said, Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a good game. Unfortunately though, I think it was a step back from Wildlands. Perhaps Breakpoint would’ve benefitted from a delayed release, giving them some time to sort things out. There’s just a lot in this game that doesn’t fit into a Ghost Recon game that many fans have come to love. With the promise of free content drops, there is still time for Ubisoft to turn things around. With all that being said, Breakpoint is in good hands, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint doesn't do anything new but still provides a lot of fun, if you're willing to slow down and play tactically. The game falls short in many areas and doesn't quite keep up with it's competition but shooter and stealth fans will have a blast. Performance issues do hinder the experience and some questionable design choices left me baffled. If you're a huge third-person shooter fan and love open-world games, you wont regret giving it a shot, provided you check your expectations at the door.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint is an enormously ambitious game that is more varied and engaging than its predecessor, with a story that had us invested and a despicable villain to hate. Unfortunately, the excellent third-person shooting is often overshadowed by finicky cover mechanics and bugs. It’s still worth playing, but it will probably be a more enjoyable experience after Ubisoft has time to smooth out some of the more broken parts.

With so much promise in the lead-up, Ghost Recon Breakpoint falls flat of reaching its goal in satisfying expectations. With a lot of things to do but no real reason to do it, the game puts up barriers such as strange loot systems, a subpar plot, an extreme solo difficulty and a requirement for online play. If you can convince your friends to get a copy and play with you, your experience may be better – but chances are you’ll find your time better spent elsewhere.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint may have solid shooting and co-op play foundations, but it can't make up for the aggressive microstransactions, infuriating technical issues and mission structures so repetitive they soon become tedious to complete. After attempting to cherry pick popular features from other games, Breakpoint ends up feeling like a chaotic yet bland mess that really isn't worthy of your time.

I really wanted to like Breakpoint. Ubisoft has a habit of making mediocre games – Assassin’s Creed, Watch Dogs – really shine with a sequel, but this is a significant step back. I would rather play Anthem – at least traversal doesn’t make me want to put my head through a window in that game.

Masterpiece. Unfortunately, those who criticize have criticized it in a very empty and absurd way.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint feels like a bloated, uninspired sequel that strips away the tactical charm of Wildlands in favour of generic looter-shooter mechanics. Clunky AI, repetitive missions, and an overemphasis on microtransactions turn what should be a tense spec-ops experience into a grind-heavy slog. Despite a vast open world and occasional flashes of potential, the game struggles to find its identity, leaving players with more frustration than satisfaction. For most, it’s a miss

Mountains, mountains everywhere. F#$% all those mountains! You can't go from point A to point B whitout there being a F#$%ing Everest in the middle and there isn't a single fast travel point whithin a 2 mile radius. And the "climbing" movement is really out of place in a tactical shooter. It's like the took the worst mechanic of Death Stranding and badly implemented it in this game. In terms of navegation, this is the worst game ever! Also, F#$% those Behemoths! I'm not playing Horizon Zero Dawn here.
