Shadowverse
It’s a mess, but it’s a fun mess, like 52 pickup. It’s got the prettiest rectangles I’ve ever done seen, the back and forth of evolving makes every match exciting, and despite its faults Shadowverse can still produce the highs that keep me coming back to card games. My latest match was textbook CCG fun: I managed to barely scrape by in an unfavorable matchup, only to win at one health on the back of a few lucky top-decks on my end and two weak evolutions from my opponent. In that brief moment, I was over the moon about Shadowverse, and sometimes that’s enough.
Shadowverse has new interesting gameplay mechanics and can be a good alternative to Hearthstone.

Je n’ai pas réussi à accrocher. L’ensemble ne m’a pas convaincu malgré mes efforts.

This is just Anime "Hearthstone." One could easily justify giving it a 3 starts out of 10, for the terrible balancing and cluttered visuals. However, it made a honest attempt to be a alternative to Hearthstone.

I have been playing shadowverse for a few months now and i love it! You have several characters to choose from wich each have their own playing style and story in the story mode. The story mode also acts as an tutorial in which you can earn tickets to buy decks. Decks can be bought with tickets, christals and Rupies. Christals are bought with real money and you can earn rupies just by playing the game and earning achievements. If you really have the need for a specific card you can liquify (read destroy) a card from your deck to gain vials. If you have enough vials you then can create the card you would like to have in your deck. I really like this mechanic since it gives you the chance to balance out your deck even more. Graphically the cards are presented in a nice anime style. I think a lot can be improved about the 3d presentation of the game. The 3d arena's aren't that special at all and it would be nice to see a little animation when you play a card. Overall a very good game with a large fanbase (see youtube and steam).

Incredibly fun game but requires lots of commitment. Strong cards are essential and very expensive. But this is still way cheaper and fun to play compared to magic the gathering. After years of added update, there's a really rich single player story and huge variety of cards. I am now firmly committed to this game. Can't express how much I love it.

A great CCG game that might be similar to ccg games like hearthstone, but does its own thing. The first to notice is the anime art style, they really did great job with the artwork and it has one of the best artstyles in the genre. Then its the gameplay, you have classes with unique mechanics and the evolve mechanic that provides an extra layer of strategy in the game. The game has a single player story mode that takes the role to introduce you to the mechanics of each of the 7 different clases. There is also a "Draft" mode like the arena in hearthstone but with a twist, its called "take two" and instead of choosing one card you have the option to choose a set of 2 cards from 2 different options to build a 30-card deck. And ofc there is a ranked ladder that do not reset!!! The game is very beginner friendly, it gives 30+ free packs when you first start and its really easy to gather in game money and get packs. You have daily quest, periodically free packs, daily login and ladder rewards. It can actually be played as a F2P player in a reasonable amound of investment of time and it does not force you to buy packs to be able to play. Definitely recommend it, while its not perfect or even the best in the genre it definitely worth a try and its really really fun.

Played for an hour then uninstalled. Great graphics and animations, but very boring generic story and uninspired gameplay mechanics. There's nothing here that you can't find better elsewhere.
