With a small drawback if you're coming to this game for the music, it is the best cycle game out there, not to mention one of the best N64 racers there is.

Me encanta el editor de pistas, puedo ver lo mal que diseño pistas e intento mejorar, sonara no muy útil en la vida, pero ¡hey! Si alguien que jugo este juego quiere desarrollar un juego de carreras, podría haber ganado algo de experiencia gracias a este juego :D (Acuérdense niños, cualquier cosa es útil en la vida)

"Excitebike 64" es un extraordinario juego de Nintendo 64 que merece ser probado. Destaca por su amplia selección de motocicletas y pilotos, ofreciendo una experiencia de carreras emocionante y dinámica. Uno de sus mayores atributos, además de contar con varios modos de juego y niveles de dificultad, es su impecable sistema de control, especialmente notable al ejecutar saltos. Cada curva es un reto, pero el control responde magníficamente. Está disponible para el pase de expansión, prometiendo incontables horas de entretenimiento.

A near flawless game that never tries to get too fancy for its own good. It's simple and simply awesome.
The best thing about Excitebike 64 is that the races are fast and fun. If you use turbo properly, the races will move along quickly with lots of big air. Even though only six riders total are in the pack in the one-player mode, the artificial intelligence is setup so that a cluster of riders will be relatively close to each other.
The control's not user-friendly from the get-go; you'll need time and patience to hang with the big boys.

Saw this game was unforgivably underrated on the all-time list, so I created an account just to do my small part to help correct that, Excitebike 64 is one of my favourite games of all-time. It's was super fun to play when it came out, and it's super fun to play now. That's all that really needs to be said.

Probably the best N64 motocross game made and even today the game-play still holds up today due to the authentic physics and challenging tracks, highly recommended if you like motocross and are feeling retro.

A decent dirt-bike racing game I guess, literally Excitebike but 3D, a side effect of this is that collisions are very harsh. It feels like the slightest impact with another driver will send you off your bike and careening into a barrier. Which makes for some pretty annoying racing in my opinion. For the NES game this made sense, the tracks are very wide and you can see where everyone is since it's top-down. Here, the tracks are more narrow, and other racers can sneak up on you trying to make a pass which just causes YOU, not the person overtaking, to fall off the bike. Also don't enable Hi-Res in the options menu or you'll have single-digit FPS for races.

Dirt bike game that concentrates on the racing rather than tricks. The races themselves are pretty short but make for intense and skill-reliant matches and as such is one of the better racers on the N64.

Excitebike 64 is definitely forgettable title. There wasn't anything wrong with it, but there wasn't anything that drew me in. I noticed this title tries to transfer the original Excitebike into the 3-D realm, which worked for titles like The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Super Mario 64, but it just makes Excitebike 64 a mediocre motocross that can be compared to the average $0.99 PlayStation 2 motocross game of today. I am sure back then it was good, but today, it doesn't hold up. Just forget about this title! Overall, good graphics of the time, but for present day standards, it's just better to watch it burn in a bonfire!
