Pocos juegos son tan perfectos, despues de desbloquear todas las cartas y barajas se vuelve algo aburrido

The perfect loop. Every run you feel like the architect of your own combos: the luck is there, but agency always wins. "One more run" has never been this literal — hours evaporate. Cheap, endlessly replayable, dangerously addictive. The benchmark every roguelite deck-builder should be measured against.

La música, los efectos de sonido y la estética psicodélica son perfectas. “Te rasca esa zona del cerebro que no sabías que te picaba”, el palabras de un capo. En Balatro, lo que hace que las partidas sean únicas es la combinación de ítems (comodines, cartas de planeta, cartas de tarot) pero llega un momento que para llegar a infinitesimar (y ni eso) tienes que tener, además de mucha inteligencia para llegar a la conclusión de cómo romper el juego (o verlo por ahí y copiarlo), mucha suerte, porque hay contadísimas combinaciones que te lo permiten. También llega un momento en que la consecución de objetivos parece que se acaba. No hablo de llegar al naneinf, si no de llegar a diferentes pozos con diferentes barajas. Puedes tomar una estrategia u otra para vencer, pero al final uno siempre tira por las mismas opciones. Pensaba que el vicio de la rejugabilidad no se iba a oxidar (como me pasa con otros indies brillantes como rimworld, the binding of isaac o rain world), pero este detalle hace que se haga algo repetitivo, aunque después de cierto tiempo siempre me apetece volver a jugar unas partidillas. Básicamente, sería un 10 si fuera más rejugable.

So addictive. A perfect game in its genre. I did not play a lot of roguelike, but this was my introduction to this category and I think it's going to be very hard to beat. By far the game I played the most this year. The diversity of strategies, difficulties, ways to play, things to unlock.... Its amazing. I still have to reach naneif.

Really fun and addicting, for the first 10 hours, which for the price is a good deal, but in higher difficulties there are so many restrictions that it affects the main appeal of the game for the casual player.

this game will ruin your life. it's great but you can waste hundreds of hours on this game.

Its a fun game without the hassle of pvp. if you like fun somewhat challenging pve games go for this one. dont play slay the spire that one ****

Balatro is a brilliant roguelike deckbuilder that turns poker into an endlessly addictive strategic experience. Its clever mechanics, countless combinations, and satisfying progression make every run feel fresh and exciting. Simple to learn but incredibly deep, it's an absolute masterpiece of replayability.

Super addicting even though it's not really that complex. Genuinely could spend hours on this and not even realise how much time has past. Art is also cool. Only nitpick is the fact that when you update your poker hands with planets, they always appear in the bottom left in the order from best to worst at their basic stage so you constantly have to check yourself on let's say if a two pair with 7 upgrades is better than a straight with 4 upgrades although I guess with experience you could easily remember.

After everyone liked the game I decided to give it a chance but it was super boring for me even though I enjoy card games.

A damn fun Rogue-like. I don't know how it was in the running for GOTY but, great none the less.

Jogo para viciados em poker. Jogo que faz você ficar horas jogando sem perceber que já se passaram pelomenos 12horas. Recomendo , mas cuide-se e tome banho!

Balatro is the most addictive game that I have ever played. I don't normally 100% games but I did with this game and I still play it daily.

Really enjoying this game. I was playing it for free on xbox gamepass but gonna have to buy it on steam. I can see myself playing this for hours on end.

Amazing roguelike, the peak of dopamine farming gaming, watch numbers go up and get hyped as f**k as you play and discovers new jokers to modify your game and your idea of what is possible to be achieved.

Solid 9.5 but it doesn't let me rate it there, might even be a 9.7 if i'm honest, pretty much the perfect game for some downtime.

Basically a poker game with interesting joker to play with its enjoyable but for a week after that you'll be bored of it

Such a satisfying game. You will spend hours enjoying progressing through this game. With each attempt, you'll get better and better and even when you lose, you won't be mad, you'll just jump in again.

Simplemente no es para mi. No me gustan los rogue like, pero como este es de poker y me volví ludópata hace poco lo quise probar. Me gusta el concepto y las mecánicas pero es mega repetitivo y me aburrí al toque.A la gente le gusto muchisimo pero estos juegos a mi me aburren.

Un rougue-lite originale e curato come pochi, in Balatro perdere non è quasi mai una vera sconfitta ma come da manuale del genere un punto da cui ripartire imparando e con un sistema di carte semplice ma complesso da apprendere allo stesso tempo. 9.2/10

Very good engine building texas hold ’em poker themed roguelike. Decent visuals and music. Game is just way too short and easy. At first it sure feels like a masterpiece.

**Balatro** is a game that made me fall in love with poker—though I still dislike traditional poker! It takes the familiar poker setup but introduces its own rules, making you addicted and constantly striving to reach the end of the game. It’s a roguelike poker game where every loss sends you back to the beginning, forcing you to learn from your mistakes and try again and **** gameplay is extremely addictive, making you want to keep discovering new cards and eventually face the final boss. But it’s not easy—the game gets progressively harder, and each boss has a specific rule that’s likely to make you lose. Anyone who’s into poker will love this, and even someone like me, who hated poker before, got hooked. There are even some cute little dialogues sprinkled in, which I absolutely adore :)

Це прямо топчик у своєму жанрі. Дуже затягує і дарує масу емоцій, коли з кількох незначних змін у колоді виходить люте комбо. Той випадок, коли easy to learn, hard to master. Проста механіка, яка грамотно розвинена. Один з найкращих "рогаликів", можна брати приклад.

I have put hundreds of hours into this game. Beating all the challenges and getting all the achievements was so much fun and rewarding.

Pretty nice game for killing free time. Totally enjoyable for real.I only played like 5h and I really like it

Cara esse jogo vicia e muito, mas ele é muito bom, ele é um roguelike de poker, que a primeira vista não parece ser nada demais, mas é muito divertido, as runs tem fases, algo diferente em um rogue like e a pixel art é top, e as trapaças dos jokers são ótimas, recomendo a todos, menos a quem não gosta de roguelike

I think Balatro is a really fun and interesting game. I am never bored when playing it but. It does get a little tedious trying to golden the game. And i know that i just have a skill issue or bad luck but it does get kinda annoying. That is the only reason why i am rating this a 9 instead of a 10. Great job localthunk it's that with the one problem that only affects me i in good faith can't rate this game a 10.

Multiplications are truly addictive, which is what makes Balatro original. Overall it shines through its simplicity. The art style and music combine perfectly and are hypnotic, warm and retro.

I can't describe why, but this is one of the best games I've ever played. Seriously. There is no way I can describe why Balatro is such an amazing game. You just have to experience it yourself. Balatro is in my top 10 favorite games ever. (By the way, my all time highscore is 1.391e47. So beat that!)

As someone who can hardly do math and has never played cards I was skeptical. After playing many many hours I can say with confidence that this is one of the best games I've played. Fresh and exciting and just frustrating enough (in a good way) that I keep coming back to it.

One of the best games I ever played. Endless replayability and a super original concept. A true masterpiece.

I liked it enough to acquire 67 hours on it at the time of posting this and ill definitely invest more into it
