While there can be some appeal to the game’s mix of some horror, tension, and what amounts to relatively simple mini games, it ends up feeling like it’s lacking in depth pretty quickly.

Five Nights at Surgery. It is basically a Five Nights at Freddy's-like game. Overall, the game is good, but it gets really stressful later. You have to do the Surgery minigames pretty fast, or else your Patient wakes up, which you can prevent by giving him more narcotics. Later, you have curses which haunt you and your equipment, general equipment failure and keep the Engine from overheating, or the Angel wakes up and you have to repeat the day. Fun for the first few hours. Tedious after that.
