Something about the police taking a bunch of people from their homes in the "****" is something that happens, but the movie doesn't explain anything about it, so I'm not sure what to think about that. All I can say is that the radio man was an irritation, so I applaud the cops for getting rid of him. Overall, 4.5/10.

Strengths: Engaging action sequences, Mark Wahlberg's performance as Swagger. Weaknesses: Reliance on damsel in distress trope, underdeveloped female characters, plot holes, inconsistent character motivations, and morally ambiguous ending.

"Downsizing" had a promising start, but unfortunately failed to maintain interest throughout. The inner dialogue resonated with me, as I'm sure it does with many people who've wrestled with their own thoughts and feelings.However, the film derailed once they reached the house. The confusion escalated, and the slow pace became tedious. The final reveal, that most of the events didn't even happen, left me feeling cheated and frustrated. It's like "The Father" all over again - nothing mattered because it never occurred. The gratuitous nudity, which I find utterly unnecessary and off-putting in film, was the final nail in the coffin.Overall, "I'm Thinking of Ending Things" gets a 5/10 from me. It's a film that values style over substance, leaving viewers with a sense of emptiness and confusion. While it might appeal to those familiar with the source material or those who enjoy pretentious films, it's a waste of time for anyone seeking a meaningful or engaging drama.

I'm surprised by all the hate for ATLAS. Sure, Jennifer's acting can be grating with all the whining and crying, and the "humanity bad" trope is tired. The forced progressive elements, like the mech suit pronoun bit, are also eye-roll worthy. But despite these flaws, I found ATLAS to be surprisingly entertaining and fun. Not many big-budget action movies manage to be enjoyable these days, so that's a plus. While it's not the best film out there, it delivers on action and spectacle. One major issue for me was the ending's message that AI should be treated like humans. That's just ridiculous. A machine is a machine, a human is a human. I love using AI like Gemini – it's useful and I'm optimistic about its future – but I'll never mistake it for a person. Overall, ATLAS is a 6.5/10 for me. It's a fun popcorn flick if you can overlook its flaws.

"Godzilla Minus One" isn't a bad film. In fact, it's a well-made monster movie that maximizes its budget effectively. While it might not reach the spectacle of some Hollywood blockbusters, it excels where many of those films fail: its characters. The Oscar for Best Visual Effects is a bit puzzling, considering other films like "The Creator" seemed to showcase more innovative visuals. Nevertheless, "Godzilla Minus One" is definitely worth watching, especially for those seeking a monster movie with a heart. Overall: 7/10

Rebel Moon is a visually stunning film. The CGI is well done, and the cinematography is impressive. However, that's the only positive thing I can say about it. I'm a fan of Zack Snyder, but he has some serious flaws as a filmmaker. This film suffers from a lack of character development and plot. For about 90 minutes, the film is just a series of scenes where the main characters travel from planet to planet, recruiting allies for their cause. These scenes are somewhat unnecessary and boring, and they don't advance the story or the characters. Such as the one with the flying creature. What was the purpose of that scene? Some scenes are also disturbing and offensive, like the one with the gay bar and the sexual assault or the **** scene. What was the purpose of these scenes? How did they contribute to the film? The main problem with this film is the lack of plot. It doesn't feel like a movie, but rather a collection of random events. The film showed more scenes than needed and less than required.
