A beautiful game with a compelling story in an immersive setting. The gameplay is on the "walking simulator" side of things but kept me engaged.

As a fan of the original Syndicate game, I understand the disappointment that this reboot was an FPS. However, as a story-based FPS taking place in the Syndicate universe this is a treat. Especially recommended if you liked other Starbreeze games such as The Darkness.

A brilliant remaster of one of my favorite games from the 90's. The visuals have a slick minimalism that aged pretty well (for most levels). The gunplay is great. Level design is phenomenal with a strong sense of place. All this at 120 Hz or more!

The procedurally generated levels are not as fun as the humanly created ones from the first game. So, of course, play the original game first! But there is still a load of fun to be add.

16 hours in I am delighted by the surprisingly compelling solo experience. I've been playing in solo lobbies or as a rook in multiplayer lobbies which results in an intensively immersive and deliberate stealthy gameplay.

One of my favorite games of all time. An astonishing blend of first-person action and strategy.
