Great continuation of the story and a deep dive into Jin's relationship with his father. You get to see the true depiction of what his father was to the people of Iki Island making you (and Jin) question everything you thought about who Lord Sakai was.

I don't know this game just didn't do it for me. I had high expectations but it didn't live up to them. However, it looks amazing and feels very smooth so on the technical side it's great but lacks that other half. The best thing about it is obviously the soundtrack! The firs thing I did when I opened it was crank all the volume to 100 and FOV to 120. I feel like I'll come back to this later but we'll see.

For only being about $3 this game is great! Very fast paced and really cool visuals. My favourite thing about this game is the art style. It's a very short game but priced accordingly.

I think this is such a cool game that brings back the feeling facebook in the 2000s. Living through the real thing is really what makes this. I was playing on my laptop which made the whole experience even better. This is a really easy and quick game, if you need something you can pick up here and there this is a perfect choice. Also, you do not need to play these in order, I went 3, 1, 2 and still really enjoyed it.

I know this game is made for kids but holy **** did they not get anyone to play test? There are a million bugs and the physics are so bad. They really didn’t care about this game and pushed it just to make a buck of spongebob.

EASILY my game of the year so far! Every aspect of this game is beautiful from the story to the world to the combat, man is the combat smooth. The characters were amazing and felt so real with their word choices and emotions. I grew attached almost instantly (which was not great for the end of Act I. and wanted to know more about the characters, their stories, and their other motives outside of it being the last year of their life. With a story that highlights grief you can easily get something wrong and make it feel unauthentic but never once was the immersion broken making me feel like I was along for the expedition. I am extremely excited to play new game+ and see the story again which what I know now, as well as seeing the second ending. Next is the combat. Wow was this game ever buttery smooth with it's qte's and most of all parrying. The parrying in this game is my all time favourite parrying in any game because of how good it makes you feel when you successfully parry. The VFX, sound, and vibration in the controller allow me to better time enemy attacks as well as learn their whole move set faster. When I was younger I was never really into turn-based games too much but I find as I get older I love it so much. I will defiantly be trying Persona after this. I could continue to go on about this game of hours but I'll leave it here for now and maybe update after my second play through.

Slightly better than the first one but still nothing crazy. The story was more engaging but still didn't keep me hooked. The most fun part of this game was getting all the achievements and doing the side conversations. Although I'll have to go back and replay the entire game fore the last achievement so we'll see when I do that lol.

I really enjoyed this game. The story was very engaging, I loved the characters and the world that was built to tell it. The only place that I felt the game lacked was in the gameplay. After a while it started to feel repetitive and lost some of the wow factor fighting the end game boss'. It just felt predictable, but the story saved that for me because I always wanted to see what was next. The voice actor for Hazel was amazing and I thought she was a perfect fit for the story, as well as most of the recurring characters. Definitely worth playing if you have GamePass. I plan on making a video on how South of Midnight is a transformative game and why so stay tuned.

I remember when this came out and liking youtubers playing it but it mostly just feels like a demo. You can 100% it in 40 minutes and the story is not that engaging.

Such a great story and great characters. I'm still in love with the camera mechanics and the game using the footage you shot yourself. Especially at the end when it's the full length of the hell song (if you chose the song about hell) and it's highlighting Kat's summer. I was very happy with the ending that I got, mostly choosing violence when it came to Corey cause like **** that guy. If you are a Life is Strange fan this is a must play! It is also an amazing feature that you get to see all the other choices that people made and the percentages of each. It really adds to the community aspect and makes me really want to play again in the future just to get different story lines.

I love the exploration in this game, the whole aesthetic makes me want to keep finding new things that I can use or use to barter with traders. The story is also pretty interesting so far and I'm intrigued to learn more. The only thing I don't enjoy too much is the combat. It feels slow and sluggish at times and doesn't provide me with enough feedback to feel satisfied with the hit when I'm attacking an enemy. This happens mostly with the melee weapons but I'm not too fond of the guns either. Surprisingly, my favourite thing in the game so far happens to be the flashlight because when exploring it provides such a cozy colour and amount of light, and makes me feel like a treasure hunter.

Best co-op game I've ever played. Hazelight tells such a beautiful story with the use of amazing duo mechanics, level design, cinematography, and other game references that compliment every moment. The side stories were such a nice touch and made the game feel less linear at times. Would 100% recommend this and every other Hazelight game.

I LOVED the camera mechanics! Seeing the shots I filmed on the T.V in Nora's garage was so cool. I really liked the characters as well, Kat was my favorite but had reasons to like all of them. The theme for the game was also very interested, your actions in the past effect you in the future except flipped, making choices in the future to change the past. This did not feel out of place at all and the conversations from the future helped push this narrative without being too distracting to the player. The 90s grunge/punk aesthetic was a great choice by Don't Nod and I'm very happy with how it was done. It felt very cozy to me. The only thing that takes away from the game is the dialogue. There were times when I was playing and had already gone through a dialogue tree just for the character to say the exact same line 2 minutes later. This happened more times than it should've and is something I hope gets fixed on Tape 2. However, I'm very excited for Tape 2 and have high hopes!
