Much like Super Mario Wonder, I feel like I'm going through the motions and this game is intended for a very young audience. Most reviews fail to grasp the lack of challenge/complexity here.

I'm only 2 worlds into Wonder, but I'm let down by the control precision, which still feels muddy and bad compared to the classic games. It's filled with creative stuff and upbeat, but the design just makes me want to replay SMW. Edit: I'm lowering score a bit more since it didn't feel like there was much skill progression, and the game is short.

The marketing for this was like they were actually going into space, a technical marvel. Bethesda's writing and attention to detail are weaker than I remember... I just see amazing scenarios with lacking options, choices, and consequences in the design and fine detail. On rails.

This is such a pale shadow of the older Lucasarts Jedi games, Jedi Knight II, Jedi Outcast.. This feels on rails and repetitive, despite the production values.

This game felt pretty short and 'lightly' done -- which is good in a way, it doesn't overstay... but also felt pretty expensive for the time considering comparable games. I'm also not a huge fan of Switch controls, which feel like toys compared to the old consoles, and almost every difficult bit in this is down to.

Really enjoyed this - Amazing art and design, and a satisfying conclusion. Taking a couple points off for some rough transitions between scenes, somewhat lacking overworld content, and dullish combat.. Appreciated the 'god mode' toggle since I got bored with combat.

Lighting is bad, combat is simplified... Probably better to play the original with mods.

I'm not sure expanding the Nuka mythology really was necessary, but the setting was good anyway. The characters, story, quests, and choices were noticeably underdeveloped. 4/10

So far the rpg elements and story are terrible, very disappointed in the new dialogue-wheel and voiced PC. Hope there's some interesting characters and choices later.

I feel the need to write something since it seems like most people are just giving this insanely high scores. Why this game has become highly regarded through the years has always been somewhat of a mystery to me it is one of the last big adventure games published in the `90s, and one of the most widely distributed (I think it's large retail footprint, after Sierra Lucasarts had mostly left the adventure game, contribued a lot to it's success, I think). I don't mind old-school graphics, but they are from a cringe-worthy era of pre-rendered 3d be warned. The gameplay controls also have not-so-bad quirks. The story was vaguely interesting, and gripping at times, but extremely slow-paced, and long there are definitely good bits here, but relative to other adventure games from Sierra/Lucasarts/Wadjet Eye or even Telltale... I am just baffled by the ratings this gets. There are many more important classic games to play through and ones that have stood up much better.
