While I don't think this game completely lives up to the hype and the 10/10 everyone made it out to be I think it was super close but got held back by some key issues. The biggest problem in this game is the 30fps, it's such an easy fix and wouldn't cost Sony any money so it's very annoying that they just don't make it 60fps, it is for sure this games biggest downside and why I didn't give this game a 9/10. Second is the healing, in Dark Souls you replenish your healing items at bonfire but in this game you can only get healing items as enemy drops and buying them with blood echoes (this games version of souls). I also think some of the early game bosses are way too hard for being early game, the hardest bosses in this game were the first boss and the last early game boss which I didn't like since I feel like the hardest bosses should be reserved for late game, even the hardest DLC boss wasn't nearly as bad as some of the early game bosses. Also the chalice dungeons were a major disappointment, the first one was really cool but after that it just got repetitive and boring. These are my only major complaints, I have a few other nitpicky ones but they aren't worth mentioning. Overall this is an amazing game, it would be as good as DS1 & 3 if it was 60fps but I guess Sony doesn't care about this game anymore which is really sad. This game has a bit of a learning curve since it's a bit different from the souls games but once you get used to it it's a blast. If you liked the Dark Souls games you will likely love Bloodborne as well.

This game is fun when you get an actual game. Most of the time you just play against people who bot out, or cheaters. Just add a karma system and IP ban cheaters, would fix like 90% of the issues.

Just play TF2, this game has terrible balancing. Was fun for a while but when they made it into Overwatch 2 they ended up removing like half of the game so it ended up being Overwatch 0.5. The woke DEI characters and LGBT **** is just getting annoying, nobody asked for it, nobody wants it. It's just annoying and alienates people.

This game definitely lived up to the hype, while it lacks the interconnectedness of DS1 and the massive build variety of DS2, DS3 makes up for it with its amazing levels, bosses, and weapons. This game perfected the combat of the previous souls games with fun levels, cool side quests, and better lore. The only negatives I can say are pretty nitpicky, a few of the bosses didn't feel fun to play against for different reasons but they were all optional bosses. I also really hate the fact that some of the coolest weapons are locked behind the end game / DLC which is very sad but there are still many amazing options early game. If you like DS1 and tolerated DS2 you will absolutely enjoy this game. While it doesn't do anything unique, it's nearly perfected the formula.

While still being a good game it's definitely a major step down from Dark Souls 1. The biggest issue in this game by far is the gank. Pretty much every area in this game is flooded with enemies, it's common to be fighting a 5v1 or more extremely often. If you think you can lure enemies 1 by 1 that won't work most of the time since enemies have a very long aggro range. The enemy variety per level isn't very good, it makes it feel like the difficulty was artificially increased by just adding a bunch of enemies close together. Rather than dodging and learning enemy movesets the optimal play just ends up being the following - 1. Get 1-2 hits in, run and let the gank chase you, get 1-2 hits in, run, and repeat. It makes the areas very tedious and frustrating. If you thought you could just run past some enemies like you could in DS1 oh boy would you be wrong, because you can get interrupted while interacting with doors, ladders, and levers so you are basically forced to kill every enemy which ends up being like 5-10 enemies per 10 seconds of progress. The next issue is the bosses, they are laughably easy and boring. Pretty much every boss in this game is 1 of 3 things - 1. A big dude in armor with a sword, 2. Gank, 3. A boss copied from DS1. The next issue is the boss runbacks which are by far the worst out of all the souls games, two boss runbacks are particularly bad and they both force you to fight 15-10 enemies that are the equivalent to the black knights from DS1 on steroids, and you cannot run past them, most boss runbacks don't allow you to run past at least half the enemies. There are some exceptions to this but they are pretty far and in-between which is very unfortunate. Some enemies in this game are also miserable to fight namely the headless assassins that will frequently stun-lock and instakill you, and pretty much any gank. The DLC is also hot garbage, it's just more gank, and more bosses that are just dudes in armor with a sword. The level design was also a step down from the base game. Let me tell you about the worst boss runback that leads to one of the laziest bosses in the DLC. To access this area, you have to run for 5 minutes to access the bonfire, and then the area leading up to the boss makes tomb of the giants look like the best level design ever created. The entire area is literally just a snowy field with a blizzard that blinds you 90% of the time, you have to blindly run through for around 10 minutes until you hopefully stumble upon the boss area on accident and there is no bonfire, meaning if you die on the way have fun running another 10 minutes blind! On top of that there are these ice horses that will spawn with AN INFINITE AGGRO RANGE (not exaggerating) you cannot outrun them, they will always hit you without fail even if you run non stop forcing you to fight them unless you use summons to draw aggro away. And once you finally get to the boss guess what it is, IT'S LITERALLY 2 CLONES OF THE FIRST BOSS YOU FIGHT IN THE SAME DLC! Same move set and everything. So you do all this work to fight a non unique boss that are just clones, so you pay for the DLC to access extra content and they can't even offer you that for the most punishing and miserable boss runback. I would rather navigate tomb of the giants 10 times before doing this part of the game ever again. Now that the major negatives are out of the way lets start with the positives. This game has amazing weapon variety and you can easily respec your build, for sure the best out of all the souls games not even close. My next favorite thing is the level design, it's not as good as the interconnectedness as the first half of DS1 but most levels are fun and cool in their own unique way, I absolutely loved the areas whenever I wasn't busy dealing with gank. A lot of people hate the fact that you have to level up agility to be able to dodge properly but if you know about it beforehand it isn't a huge issue as long as you upgrade agility enough. Also the hub is the best out of all the souls games, Majula is peak. The vibe is also great in this game, the game still feels fun despite it's major issues. It's for sure the worst souls game but still a decent game. I wouldn't call it bad, I wouldn't call it great. I'd say it's just fine. I heard that the base game is a lot better with the gank so maybe play that instead, you aren't missing out on the DLC, the DLC is trash except a couple areas and a few of the bosses are cool. If the game was just the DLC I would confidently say it's a bad game. Overall, I would only recommend playing this after you beat all the other soulsborne games. I played this as my second souls game after beating DS1 and now I have beaten all 3 and have almost finished Bloodborne and this is by FAR the hardest one but for all the wrong reasons. If I could go back I would play all the soulsborne games and save this one for last. This game is like a toxic ex, I'm relieved it's over but sometimes I feel like going back.

As I have gotten older I was starting to think that maybe I don't enjoy video games anymore, but when I started playing this game I was proven completely wrong. This game is phenomenal it made me feel like when I was a little kid playing Pokémon or Zelda for the first time. The best way I can describe Dark Souls is adult Zelda. The first half of this game is this perfectly constructed and interconnected world with everything leading back to a central area. The bosses are absolutely amazing and the journey to them is just as incredible most of the time. There are so many different options as to how you want to build your character. Want to wield a gigantic sword and ragdoll your enemies? There's a weapon for that. Want to smash your enemies face in with a hammer 5x the size of your body? There's a weapon for that. Want to cast lightning bolts from afar and melt everything in your path? There's a spell for that. I love this game so much and it proved to me that I still enjoy video games it's just that 99% of everything released today is boring uninspired slop. Now let's talk about the downsides and I won't downplay it at all this game has some major issues. When this game first came out it wasn't finished so they had to rush certain things in the late game which led to a few areas being extremely barren and to try and make up for it just spam difficult enemies. Some areas of the game are extremely frustrating and punishing to die in and with the unique respawn mechanic you often have to spend several minutes running back to where you were before. I had to take a break when I started encountering these areas because of how annoying it was but when I came back and pushed through I was greatly rewarded with the amazing DLC. This game has an incredibly strong first half with an amazing DLC and side content. This game is not for everyone if you don't have a lot of patience and dying often with a lot of running back doesn't sound worth it to enjoy the upsides of this game then this game likely isn't for you. If you decide to play this game I highly recommend looking up tips and guides for beginners, this game is notorious for not explaining anything to you about where to go or what to do so don't be afraid to look things up almost every new player does this.

I've been playing this game for over 10 years and I can safely say it's definitely the best base building strategy game of all time in my opinion, There are so many different things you can do in the game, hundreds maybe even thousands of attack strategies, participate in events, join a clan and participate in a collection of different unique bases that everyone can contribute to, make a mini base with completely different style of troops and buildings, collect skins and abilities for your heroes which are a large part of your offense when attacking other players for their loot, war against other clans with your fellow clan members and see who is able to destroy the most bases. This game really has almost everything you would want for a base building style game. It's far from perfect though, the game is notorious for struggling with troop balancing, often times the meta is very specific and most strategies aren't viable competitively. Hero equipment is very hard to acquire and upgrade for new players or people who stopped playing but then came back to the game, the company who made the game is also pretty scummy at times like silencing and mass copyright striking content creators who criticize them. But despite these flaws and many others I would say this game is still worth playing.

The game plays and functions amazingly well and has an amazing tutorial, if you want to get friends or family into MTG in general I highly recommend you tell them to play the tutorial because it's amazing for that purpose. But that's where the positives end because unfortunately this game is massively pay to win so after a while you will just not be able to play fairly without spending a lot of money. It also lacks a commander mode and only has brawl as an alternative which is disappointing.

When I saw that this game would be "free" when it was announced I was immediately disappointed, because I knew it would another pay to win slop game. And I was proven right when it released, the game locks behind almost all Pokémon behind battle passes so good luck being competitive without genning them in through Pokémon home (which you have to pay for). So in order to get the full experience you have to gen Pokémon, pay for a Pokémon home subscription, and pay for the monthly battle passes. Not only that but the game looks terrible and clearly isn't finished, still looks like it could be a 3ds game despite being released on a console comparable to the PS4 pro in terms of hardware power, and there are so many missing Pokémon as well, yet another massive disappointment from Nintendo.
