Spoiler-free. Most overrated game on Metacritic, probably. - Story gets only told via text documents and still many things won't get explained. - Silent protagonist ist super pointless in this scenario. - Camera movement is borderline broken. - Fight-System is okay and sometimes fun. - Graphics are very good for a Switch game.

Scarlet Nexus7

The "pOweR oF FriEndShip" vibes aside, Scarlet Nexus is a good Game. - 60% ARPG, 40% Visual Novel. - There is really a lot of text and cut scenes, where you just put your controller down for several minutes. - Combat is a bit overloaded but usually fun. - Some logic holes, which is typical for this kind of story, i guess - Very unsatisfied with how Kagero story arc got handled - Im afraid that they gonna milk another expansion/dlc out of it, otherwise i can't explain why a big part of the story basically just got ignored

Final Fantasy XV7

It would have been a masterpiece if it had a different name. But a Final Fantasy with such a short and incoherent story? Sorry, but just a big, fat NOPE. As always because of the open world focus, it lacks HEAVILY in storytelling. It also lacks tactics in fights because of the new, dynamic and fun fight system. (Yes, it is fun - but again, THIS IS MEANT TO BE A FINAL FANTASY GAME - where is the tactic?) You can easily win against everything (if it doesnt out-level you by 30) just by pressing the attack button and use pots and phoenix feathers. And no, i didnt playthrough it on easy. I had 40k Gil at the end of the story even though i was using pots and feathers in every single "boss" fight. I am deeply dissapointed and will probabaly go finish my retro-gaming system over christmas. Seems its the only way to play a good story nowadays, because of Game-Devs focussing on the wrong aspects of games.
